Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia da Vitória

We had a great time at the house. Proteprty is pretty new and well kept. Hugo was very responsive, AC works great and has a dehumidify option which came in super handy since we stayed for almost 3 months in the winter. location is nice, a few minutes walk to the ocean. 2 bars down there and 2 restaurants (vista has great picanha and buzius has great seafood dishes) so it's nice when you don't feel like driving everywhere:) House is located in a very quiet area with friendly naighbours:) i had a great time there and would definitely recommend.

The apartment is extremely clean. Everything is new. Nothing is missing in the house and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is very good. The street is very quiet and the location is excellent. At night, it is rare for a car to pass on the street, but when they do, and as the street is parallel, in the silence of the night, some noise is noticeable. To prevent them from waking up, I advise you to use earplugs. Nothing complicated :) Tiago is very kind and responds to all questions promptly. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Tiago for the cookies and jams :)

We were very happy with our stay and would certainly return. There was plenty of room for our family and the outdoor area was much appreciated!

It was really pleasurable to come at senhora Hélia and senhor Victor place with my friends because they were the best hosts that we had in our lives: really helpful, really understanding, really welcoming and really kind. They stayed to explain us all tips & tricks of the island in the first day, they gave us to taste some local made products and helped us whenever they could. I want to point out that I was feeling sick at some point and senhor Victor took me to the hospital, which I respect and appreciate a lot! Also after check out he left us at the airport by car and made sure we finished our journey happy and satisfied. 10 out of 10, the best stay in Terceira Island, the best hosts in the entire world and I suggest this accomodation to everyone 😊!

I had a wonderful stay at the ground-floor apartment of Carlos and Carolina. They were both very welcoming and came out to greet me despite my very late arrival! There was a key-safe box there which I could have used if they had not been able to meet me. The apartment had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. There was spacious off-street parking and a lovely outside space with a fabulous view. They kept in contact during my stay to check whether I needed anything or wanted recommendations. Carolina even kindly offered to translate for me on her day off when I was trying to arrange with a priest to see a church of interest that was closed due to renovation. Biscoitos itself is unique and beautiful - you will not regret coming here for a holiday.

Jose and Carla are very kind and welcoming, they even gave us something to make our breakfast! Nothing is missing, everything is perfect! We will not fail to praise it! The accommodation is spacious and very well maintained, decorated with great taste and the location is beautiful, quiet and the view from the terrace is splendid.

The house is very close to the airport and to lots of places. House is nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay there.

Silvia is very friendly and attentive, always quick to respond and helped us with everything we needed, I highly recommend it. The house is small but very nice, with everything you need for a vacation, and everything is new!

Great find. Jose and Luisa were very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here immensely and Jose was friendly and had lots of suggestions for local restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend any group to stay here.

Check in was super easy, he even left some snacks for me since I arrived late! The Airbnb was in a great base location for me to explore the island and I loved waking up to the view. This was perfect for a solo traveler!

Nice clean place. Suited our needs. Great outdoor area covered with BBQ. Very close to the natural pools of Biscoites. Overall, nice experience.

Helder's place is just as beautiful as it looks in the listing. It is very private with ocean views and lots of fresh air. On a clear day, walk up to the upstairs patio facing the coast and take in the fresh air and natural beauty of the island. It's just a short drive from Angra, and an even shorter drive to some of the most amazing restaurants on the island (e.g., Taberna Roberto, Quinta do Martelo). And as if that wasn't enough, Helder was very gracious in helping us with challenges we faced due to some unusually harsh weather during our visit. His proactive and very responsive communication saved the day a couple times. We will absolutely book this home again on our next trip to the island.

My partner and I had a lovely stay! The apartment is beautiful and and well located. It was a little hard to find some things in the apartment, but Paulo was very responsive and we got the help we needed. The bed was super comfortable, a real treat post hiking.

Wow what a beautiful apartment. This place is built with beauty, quality, and simplicity in mind. I imagine it’s the nicest airbnb in Terceira. It was too cold for us to use the pool, but on a hot day in sure that would be a nice perk.

What a lovely apartment! Charming, spacious, and so clean! The views of the town and the garden right outside our windows were beautiful. Paulo and Fabio were very communicative and welcoming. We could easily walk to all the things in the city, and it was a great base to come home to after exploring the rest of the island. We would stay here again and hope to visit again soon!
