Quarterfeira is easy to find from the Airport, I hired a car and drove, it took about 35 mins. It is a touriust destination for sure but I was there in late May and the season was not fully underway so it was pretty quiet on the beaches and always a table in the local restaurants. The apartment is situated right at the end of the main promenade by a square which has a great little restaurant/bar on it. Turn right out of the door and you can walk into town which is full of markets, bars and so on, but turning left takes you down to the other beach, which is much less built up, no deck chairs and stuff like that, more natural. I preferred that side to the sunbeds and parasols side, but either way you have the choice. Mornings are beautiful, it gets hot in the afternoon and the A/C was perfect for that. The kitchen was great and I made a few meals. Getting in and out of Quarterfeira by car is super easy and I did a bit of driving around which I really enjoyed. Definitely a great stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay and the photos really don’t do this place justice. The pool and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. Jorge was incredibly helpful and responsive, and the apartment was perfect for our family of four. We would love to stay again.

What a fabulous location, while it is directly on the marina we were situated on the quieter side and we genuinely heard no noise , beautiful views, fab spacious apartment with large wardrobes , comfortable bed with a lovely spacious veranda , really good kitchen equipment if you do fancy cooking and a great pool , we forgot our Beach towels 🙈 while we initially asked the best place to buy some Andre who is Gonçalo’s brother dropped us off two beach towels the next morning and was also the perfect host when arriving for check in , everything on our door step we had the best time making memories thank you . Also thank you Gonçalo for arranging the transfer from the Airport to yr Villa , best wishes Carol & Terry

We had a fabulous month at Jef’s place. The apartment was extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen allowing us to cook most days; we could cast our own programmes to the smart TV; the apartment was very comfortable and homely. Jef was brilliant - great instructions before arrival, a warm welcome and local recommendations, and immediately responsive to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was in a great location in Quartiera - 50 yards to the local bakery and a short walk further to the nearest supermarket. The beach was a short walk away and everything we could have wanted was within easy reach. We found a parking space nearby every day. Thank you Jef for a relaxing and very enjoyable and comfortable respite from an English winter.

Joao, Elsa and Danny’s communication and commitment to hosting is impeccable. From days before arrival to being personally greeted on the street and taken to the airbnb. It makes the world of the difference especially when arriving late at night. The accommodation was perfect especially with a baby at 11 weeks old. The place was spotless, bed very comfortable and amenities beyond what is needed in an airbnb but helps you feel at home. We especially loved the balcony furniture and the awning again given us having a young child it allowed us to sit privately and enjoy the weather. Joao and Elsa were incredibly kind and helpful on more than enough occasions and one of which we kindly had a drink paid for at a bar and another a bottle of local rose left at the door (which went down a treat!). Both my partner and I will hopefully be back next year and you can be sure this will be the first place we come looking. Thank you very much Joao, Elsa and Danny for making a special trip!

Maura our host was really helpful and responded to all queries. She welcomed us at the arranged arrival time and talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce. We would thoroughly recommend.

Its a nice spacious appartment, good kitchen and balcony, everything is there that you need. Hosts are friendly and quick with their responses. Opted to stay longer since it was so comfortable.

Flott leilighet med helt nydelig utsikt – 10/10 😍Den er liten, men veldig praktisk innredet og har alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. I tillegg ligger den i gangavstand til det meste, så det er lett å komme seg rundt

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

Natalia tuvo un trato exquisito con nosotros, incluso antes de nuestra llegada, y eso que reservamos tan sólo 24 horas antes. Respondió rápido a las dudas que me surgieron antes de acabar la reserva, y eso lo agradecí mucho. Nos dió facilidad en la hora de llegada,y nos envió las instrucciones de como hacer el check-in, y aún así tuvimos que llamarla y nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad. El alojamiento a nuestra llegada lo encontramos equipado tal como esperábamos, limpio y allí en el salón tienes un cesto con un montón de recomendaciones tanto de gastronomía, como de experiencias. La urbanización es súper tranquila, la piscina es espectacular. Tan solo hemos estado un fin de semana,pero nos venimos encantados, será otro de esos alojamientos que guardaremos por si la vida nos permite volver,seguro que nos alojaríamos se nuevo aquí. Es war eine bezaubernde Unterkunft. Sie war groß für zwei Personen und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Silvia a toujours été très sympathique et réactive. Le logement est parfait et à 10mn à pied de la vieille ville de Lagos, à 20mn des plages. Tout est à disposition : serviettes de plages, parasol, jouets de plage.... Les cadeaux d'accueil sont fabuleux (petit déjeuner, frigo presque plein !!!...). Je recommande fortement !

Tive uma estadia excelente neste apartamento — limpo, confortável e muito bem localizado. Tudo correspondeu às fotos e expectativas. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo sem hesitar e voltaria com certeza!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans le condo d'Inês, une hôte très attentionnée. Le condo est spacieux, bien équipé, lumineux et très confortable. Un grand balcon intime situé devant un paysagement unique. On s'y sent en vacances, dans le calme et la chaleur. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Tout près, une compagnie très fiable de location de voitures: Ready 2 drive. Bref, une belle découverte! Merci Inês!

Clara was a great host. We found the building easily. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The balcony faces north, so cool at times in March. Overall a great apartment in a great location. We have booked for next year.

Overall this place was amazing, great location if your OK walking 10/15 minutes to Old town, equally close to the Marina and some amazing views. The apartment itself was all you need and more, very clean and easy to access, the pool and loungers were never too busy. We will definitely consider booking here again!

We loved the beauty of the view and the location above Dona Ana beach and being close to the boardwalk to ponte da Piedade. You are also close to old town Lagos for restaurants, as well as to the marina. Joanna was very helpful and responsive and the condo was well equipped, with beautiful dishes and everything you need if you wish to cook.

superb. had a 4 week stay, and loved it. very easy to find and access. the apartment has everything you need. home from home. the pool area and garden is lovely and peaceful. Great location. plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance. 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket. we do like walking. after all were on holiday and in no rush. but if you need a big shop it's 5 euro to aldi in albufeira. would highly recommend and we'll definitely be back. cheers Nelson

Great locatio! Enjoyed our apartment unit with beautiful views to the city and the ocean, relaxed by the pool very private and peaceful minutes away from Old Town Albuferia (by car) woukd definitely choose this place again

Richtig schönes Apartment,in einer Privaten Anlage, für 2 Paare oder eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Am Pool kann man noch die Abendsonne nach dem Strand genießen. Mark war ein super netter Gastgeber und hat uns gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben.
