Architect's House on Morro da Cocanha

In a gated community, this house was made by a very special architect named Dedé. It's a great house for friends and family. Perfect for those who like to cook, have comfort and admire one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! I spent many of the best moments of my life here. It has a poetry all its own. You need to experience it to feel what I'm trying to describe here. I'm biased, I know, but I recommend the experience. The house is also the setting of the book The Enchanter of People. =)

In addition, we have a demarcated parking space. The building has a games area (billiards and table for card games) and a small outdoor area for children's entertainment. The building offers security but we do not have a concierge. Check-in is done with the delivery of the keys.

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

We had a wonderful experience! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location is excellent, close to the beach and in a quiet area, perfect for resting. Juliana was very attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region.

It was all just beautiful! The house, the area, the sea view! Fantastic! We enjoyed it very much, Isilda was always immediately ready to answer our questions or give tips for excursions. Her maid is the pearl of the house, very attentive and fulfills all wishes. Breakfast ready, kitchen and the rest of the house is very clean tidy. It's a peace in the house, we didn't want to leave! But I'm sure we'll be back! We sincerely thank Isilda for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend in her house. 5 stars +, better than any hotel.

Spectacular House! Heated pool Ofuro and Sauna!

House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

It was a very nice weekend, Gaby's house is excellent and exactly as advertised! Really a very dear host and willing to help in the best way. The location of the house is amazing, in a safe condominium with many amenities. We'll definitely be back!

Apartment with ocean view in Massaguaçu/Cocanha

We were on the Easter holiday as a family of 6 and the apartment is extremely well-equipped as advertised and in the photos. As for the communication with Mara, she was very attentive and understanding, making us feel totally comfortable. We arranged the time with Edite to pick up and return the keys and she was very patient and friendly because we got stuck in traffic on the way and left after the agreed time. As for the apartment, it is close to the Cocanha beach, which is just across the small bridge, a few minutes away. When we arrived in the condominium to get the bags down there is a cart which made it easy to climb up to the apartment that has an elevator, the kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook, the air-conditioned rooms, the double bed mattress is very good, the bathroom with a great shower, finally everything was wonderful, I just have to thank Mara and Edite for helping us realize this dream that was to go with our parents for the first time to the beach, we'll come back! God bless 🙏
