The apartment is 1,000 times more beautiful in person than in the photos, I felt at home, super cozy, fragrant, clean, impeccable, close to the center, several options of restaurants, pharmacies, shops and ice cream parlors, next to the Tamar project, the building is super new, facing a huge square, ideal for pets and children to play, heated pool, gym, sauna, in short…everything perfect, I didn't miss anything, Guilherme and his wife are super attentive, dear, we are already planning the return and it will certainly be to this incredible apartment.

The atmosphere is super cozy, I was received with the utmost attention! The location is very accessible and quiet, I have nothing to question, only to congratulate you on the reception and the coziness that the house provided us!

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Great space! With a beautiful view, very comfortable queen bed, close to restaurants and the Itaguá waterfront. We were made to feel very welcome, we will definitely return!

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Really, I recommend with my eyes closed the stadia. The cozy place, met and exceeded our expectations. The hosts were polite and were always on standby. For sure, my family and I spent incredible days in the apartment. It will be on our list for a new opportunity!

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

It was a great trip with our children and their girlfriends. Everyone was very happy and they liked the house too much. A gourmet kitchen allowed each to make their favorite dish and also a special barbecue. Everything was perfect and we are grateful to our host Renato and his assistant Israel. Thanks!

I spent a week at Victor's house and it was perfect. The house is very pleasant with lots of natural light, balcony space with barbecue, hammock, lots of nature. The kitchen is super well equipped and met all my needs. The living room has huge TV and comfortable sofa that were great for watching a movie at the end of the day, the internet worked really well. The bedroom is large, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and was spotless. And of course the best part is the red beach that is a few meters away from the house. I loved my stay and hope to come back again and again.

The house is an oasis! The beach is practically deserted. For those looking for a quiet spot, this is the ideal one. We love spending the weekend. We relax and enjoy with family.

The house is a delight, very large, amazing and well located view. The sea in front of the house is brave, but with a 10min hike you get to Cocanha, which is an excellent beach for bathing. The beach in front of the house is not full even during holidays, giving a lot of privacy. The house next door can host noisy guests.

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!
