Holiday rentals with a sauna in Praia da Joatinga

We loved this place! The view from the private terrace was amazing. Direct access to the beach and the amenities of the apartment complex made it more convenient for us. 100% will be booking again when back in Rio.

Gustavo is an exceptional and very attentive host! As we were traveling with a baby, he was willing to buy a crib and mattress to accommodate our baby, which totally changed our experience. Throughout the stay, he consulted us about any needs or doubts and everything went very well. The apartment is very complete and comfortable and has a differential when it comes to Rio de Janeiro: all the environments (living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and balcony) are spacious and comfortable, nothing is cramped. The location is perfect, in the heart of Leblon. We'll definitely host you there again.

Everything was excellent. A luxury apartment with all the amenities, facing the beach and close to the gastronomic area. Super comfortable sofa bed. The hostess is super attentive.

The apartment is very well located, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable queen bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with a great shower. We were greeted with some treats and with the refrigerator stocked with water. Communication with Erica was great. Check in and check out direct at reception. The Zonal Sul supermarket (24 hours), located on the ground floor of the condominium, is a perfect support for longer stays. We loved the stay!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

It was an excellent stay, the house met expectations. Well-located, well-equipped house, with several amenities such as a bathtub, barbecue, cooktop, the most diverse utensils, bikes, Alexa, television with several channels and streaming subscription. Excellent quality bed linen, towels and tableware. The condominium is very quiet, has a swimming pool and sauna. The owner of the property is extremely accessible and kind. She allowed me to bring visitors to a barbecue on my birthday, was very flexible with check-in and check-out, and was even sweet because she left me a birthday cake. The stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back!
