Sergio's attention was very good both in the previous days giving us information and later. The apartment is spacious, has all amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I am grateful to Ana for all information and availability.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

Morando no apt do Alberto for a few months, I felt super at home, I highly recommend! Beautiful apartment, full of art and books. Localizacao otima for those who want tranquility and still be in the "middle of the city" Niteroi. Icarai beach. Inside a safe and well-documented condominium, with an affluent restaurant with otima foods. Agradeco de coracao! All good for you!

Ramon was very friendly from the beginning with all the instructions, when I had doubts he responded quickly. Close to the apartment you have everything to make the stay perfect as restaurants and supermarkets ! Especially the Sul area that is open 24hs and has exquisite prepared meals! Alvinho's apartment is great, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. Communication with him is also great, always answering and resolving all our doubts. The location is great, close to everything. For those who don't want to cook, there are plenty of delivery options. The sofa is a delight and the bed is very comfortable too. We will definitely be back.

Claudia and her husband were very kind, the place is very good, there is an automatic supermarket inside the building, which is open 24 hours, you take what you want and pay by card, in front of the beach, the view is incredible, the kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need to cook, there are restaurants very close and 10 minutes to any shopping, really a place that gives much more for the price, I recommend 100% this family will welcome you with open arms

Great place to be seen the perfect sea, would come back more often , should have A washing machine that would make it easier if you want to stay for many days .

Ramon was an excellent host — always quick in replies and very helpful throughout the stay. The apartment is in a privileged location, in one of the best points in Barra da Tijuca.
