Isabel is an extremely warm and welcoming host—she gave great recommendations and was so friendly!! The location is great and the backyard pool is amazing!!!

7 friends had a great stay at this villa. It's so spacious, and great views with a great pool area. It's easy and cheap to get into town through Ubers (5 euro), and just a great place to relax. The rooms were all nice and big with en-suites, and showers were good. Kitchen was well stocked as well, and we had lots of BBQs - which being gas was quick and convenient. Highly recommend to friends and/or families that would want to say. You'd struggle to find any problems with this place.

Carmo's place was in a superb location in Lagos -walking distance to everything. you will not be dissapointed as teh images of the property do not lie- its exactly as it looks. Communication was great, if we came back to Lagos we would stay again for sure. Thanks, Lloyd

We stayed in Rafaels villa for a month, and we would return in a heartbeat. Our stay felt like home from home. The villa is spotless and beautifully decorated with everything we needed (no feedback required), and the garden is the perfect private and peaceful place to relax (Pics do not do justice). Great location with restaurants, and supermarkets a short stroll away, and the marina and Albufeira town a very short drive. Our host was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond with tips, guidance and thought we were crazy with the amount we used his bikes. A definite recommendation if you manage to get availability.

We had an amazing stay at Francesca's place. Everything was exactly what we needed (a place to relax and recharge) and the pool was just perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!

Just had a 12 day break at Villa Charme and it was a dream stay. Pictures don’t do the Villa justice. Beautiful pool that the kids (young and old) loved and lots of outdoor space. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ahua Portugal, where our host Anne guided us with thoughtful local tips and quick responses. Nestled on a peaceful hillside above Seixe Valley, the modern house had every comfort we needed and felt like the perfect retreat. We were deeply inspired by Anne’s dedication to the land. She has led a reforestation project across her 18-hectare estate, planting over 30,000 cork trees to restore the forest after wildfires. Tip: Do plan to bring a reliable car. The unpaved access roads are best navigated with a vehicle that has good clearance. If you’re seeking a serene, private getaway with a caring, responsive host deeply connected to her land, Ahua Portugal is an exceptional choice! Five stars all the way, and thank you, Anne!

The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures - beautiful and very well maintained. We were particularly impressed by the fantastic view of the mountains and the wonderful pool, ideal for cooling off. The beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, by car it takes a few minutes. Communication was always fast and helpful, check-in even worked smoothly at 2 a.m. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The house was amazing, especially 3 balcony levels, which felt very luxurious, with a great view of the beach and the ocean. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable, that I had the best sleep in a long time. I seriously did not want to leave that bed, lol. Great location, 3 min walk to the elevator down to the beach (great help as opposed to taking the stairs up and down), and the old town is also walking distance (10-15 min). Parking is a bit tricky, but we were able to find a spot if not on this street, then on the neighboring streets. The house is well equipped with everything you need (I would also add paper towels and shampoo/conditioner, but we were able to buy those at a grocery store nearby). The communication with the host was very quick and efficient, everything we needed was resolved fast. Welcoming bottle of wine and snacks were also appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed!

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

A lovely, cozy, spacious and newly renovated place that felt like home. It's a great spot with short distances to beautiful beaches and cliffs, and a short drive will take you to some bigger towns with nice cafés and restaurants. Communication was very quick and friendly. We had a beautiful time!

Beautiful, quaint and cute fisherman's cottage! Tastefully furnished, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We were expecting the bbq and terrace area to be accessible from the house and not down the road which was a bit misleading in the photos as it looks like it is an integral part of the house! We love Salema and the location to the beach was great!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Isabelle and Philipp's place! Everything was perfect - check in was easy, the home was clean and stocked with everything we needed, the views are stunning, and the location was perfect (about a 10 minute walk to town and the beach). We had a few questions about the pool lights and Isabelle always responded within minutes. Isabelle also shared several recommendations for nearby beaches, restaurants, and excursions and every single recommendation was perfect. Highly recommend staying here!!

We had a fantastic stay in Casa Sigi. The view over the garden and sea are beautiful. Andy and Astrid, who live in their camper in the garden, are very nice and helpfull people. The beach was nice and quiet.

Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. The house is amazing and the gardens are out of this world! Brilliant location for families as it’s really quiet but within walking distance to the town. The house is so clean - everything was spotless.

Both Catarina and Marina, her co-host were incredibly friendly, helpful and generous. The space and landscape is beautiful and we loved the architecture, decor and functionality of the casa. Will hopefully be back soon!

We had a great time at Martina's chic and cozy house! It has everything you want and has a beautiful private garden. Martina is a very thoughtful host and always available for questions. The location is great, just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach in a quiet village. Lagos and the fantastic beaches on the Atlantic coast are also easily accessible by car. Highly recommended!

This was our first time in Portugal and this Airbnb had the essence of what we were looking for. Situated right in an authentic setting, very private and full of charm, it offered the perfect balance of comfort and local character. The home was beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout, and the surroundings made us feel like we were truly immersed in Portuguese culture. Enjoying evenings on the terrace and morning coffee in the Penthouse made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a genuine experience. I was impressed by the quality of the accommodations—from the well-equipped kitchen to modern amenities. Everything felt carefully curated to enhance our stay without compromising the authenticity of the space. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in their property, and it made a real difference in our overall experience. The hosts were very responsive and gave us great locations to check out. We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The apartment is nice and exactly as described. The apartment is well equipped and everything was sparkling clean. We were very happy about the heated pool on the complex. Communication with Michael is more than exemplary! He was very easy to reach, had good tips and also responded very well to special questions / requests! The location of the house, overlooking a golf course, is quiet and yet several restaurants, as well as a supermarket, are within walking distance. For us, the location of the place was perfect to explore the Algarve with its beautiful landscape and fantastic beaches. We'd love to come back and recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful week in Lucinda’s lovely home. Fantastically convenient for beach and restaurants, the house is beautiful, had everything we needed and felt like home for the time we were there. Lucinda was very responsive and flexible regarding timings and gave us some great recommendations for beaches and places to eat in Salema and beyond and her tips were spot on. I can thoroughly recommend Casa Raposa and we would definitely stay again.
