Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praia da Feiticeira

The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, well cared for and full of details that make us feel at home. But what really made a difference in our stay was Nenê. It has an affectionate way to take care of everything, always willing to help, give tips on walks and even order fresh seafood to prepare with that homemade seasoning that only she knows how to do. And the chocolate cake? Delicious! We will definitely return!

The house is super beautiful, cozy and exceeded our expectations! We were very well received by the caretaker, who was attentive and always proactive throughout the stay. The house has absolutely everything you need to spend a pleasant time and have fun — from practical items to comfortable spaces. We took our two small dogs and they also enjoyed the space a lot. Everything was sensational! I highly recommend it and we would definitely come back.

This home was perfect for our family of six (four adults and two kids, ages 7 and 8). It’s beautifully designed, located in a safe condominium, and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The house is cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

A charming getaway in the middle of nature!! The little house is a charm (we're in love with her!) One of those places that makes you want to stay forever. Surrounded by plants and nature on all sides, it conveys a peace that made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy, light, full of charm and care in every detail. We felt super at ease, it was like an embrace of nature with the comforts of home. Casainha met (and exceeded!) all our expectations! I recommend it from the heart. A delight of place, full of good energy. We sure want to go back!

Excellent couple! Very organized and clean. Pleasant space full of stories and personality. The hostess Lu was very helpful and polite. Bed and bath linen smelly and well-maintained. Dishes and utensils organized and in sufficient numbers. We will certainly return on another occasion. Everyone loved it and the beach is wonderful! If you want to combine tranquility with good accommodation, this is the right choice! Thank you for your care and kindness!

Joanita's home is more than charming, it's sensational! Just as it appears in the photos, the house is of extreme good taste, organized, clean and surrounded by green with many birds singing! Joanita and Barbara were very helpful and attentive, answering everything clearly and with agility. We hire the services of Elisangela that we recommend with eyes closed. Eli is a sweetheart, left everything organized and made delicious food! We'll be back for sure, thanks for the super holiday we had!

I loved the days we spent in São Sebastião, it was wonderful the experience from the beginning to the end, very requested and attentive host ( Mr. Douglas) We use the pool space in common, very good, location is great with good trade structure, easy access to beaches, we want to return! The stay was very pleasant, an incredible view! As it is located right in the center, there was a little noise from events at bedtime, weekend noise, but we managed to sleep normally!

A Charming Studio in a select condominium! This is our second visit to the condominium. Very quiet at this time of year, excellent facilities, super attentive staff. Very friendly and helpful D Fernando, everything was as described in the listing.

Our stay was amazing, Marcela and Vânia were super solicited, incredible, we arrived before the Chekin and they opened the doors for us, we received with a beautiful coffee, Vânia is an amazing person, helped me in everything I needed, with tips, suggestions, even lending us her bus card…rs. The site is amazing, clean, always tidy, amazing bedding, clean and smelling bathrooms, punctual and amazing breakfast. To accommodate us on this Airbnb made our Ilhabela experience more magical and amazing. I will definitely return!

The stay at Marcela's house was spectacular, the view is relentless of so beautiful and Vania made us feel at home. The location is great, the air conditioning of the room was excellent, as was the kitchen structure and the rest of the shared areas. The pool was cleaned every day in the early morning. Overall the hosting was amazing and I want to go back.

The stay was incredible! The house is beautiful, and the view from the living room is the big highlight. It is possible to see the sea and the marina with several boats while you have breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. Vânia served us super well, always attentive and friendly

The house is simply wonderful. The pictures do not live up to the beauty of the place. It is possible to see the care that the host has with the property, which in addition to being super-equipped is in a privileged location, with plenty of space for dogs. Unfortunately, we used the house during the 2023 carnival, when the region suffered from unexpected rains in the amount that came. Despite this, we are sure that the house could not be safer and better equipped even for this type of situation. The host, again, was super attentive, worried is it certainly left the situation much less heavy for us, always worried that we were okay and that we had not suffered any damage. I only have to thank the accommodation, the host and also to Rosana, the house clerk who helped us enormously. We recommend the house without any restriction.

The house is the same or better than the photos! The place is for families who want to feel at home, since the house is equipped and decorated with very good taste and quality! It is not a house made for rental, as it is common to see, it is a whole house decorated and equipped for personal use, so it brings an experience from a perfect and very comfortable place! The leisure area is complete and serves very well! The location is excellent, almost standing on the sand, and the beach of the sorceress closed in nature! I totally recommend it to families who want to rest and enjoy with great comfort, as it is a perfect home, not a place for messing and rambling!

The house is beautiful, surrounded by nature and super well equipped. The house keepers were super helpful. Me and my family spent quite a lot of time by the pool, enjoying the garden. We had a bbq, used the sauna and really enjoyed our time there overall. Many trips to the beach and local waterfalls were also a highlight

The accommodation was simply wonderful! The house is beautiful, very well cared for and extremely clean. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the utensils we can imagine — perfect for those who like to cook. The towels were smelly and soft, and the mattress and pillows super comfortable, with clean, fragrant sheets. And the view… what a spectacle! You can notice the affection and the whim in every detail. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

We love our stay, the house is much more beautiful and large than appears in the photos! The house is comfortable, very clean, has many utensils, and every decor and view of the house is amazing! Great stay the house is better than what it looks in the pictures, the place is wonderful and the view is perfect. It has great beach options I particularly as I was with a small child I preferred the quieter Camburi and Praia da Baleia, simply perfect is very close by car. The beach that is in front of the Condominium is also very clean and beautiful but the sea is much more busy. The house is very spacious and the environments are very nice, even on the day it rained, we had a very nice day. The house is very well furnished and spacious. Ah and hot tub is a detail apart, top!!! Robson was so kind and flexible, so we were able to enjoy it until the last day, I recommend and plan to come back in a new opportunity…
