Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia da Feiticeira

The stay was great! The place is super wooded and the pool space is a delight. With comfortable chairs for those who enjoy sunbathing by the pool and a beautiful view. In addition, the flat has very beautiful decor, is super clean and well decorated. From the bedroom, we have a really nice view of the pool. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is strong and the TV works perfectly. To get to Veloso beach, just cross the street (one of my favorite beaches on the island). On the first day we went to Veloso beach, we were alone on the beach for a long time. I was able to enjoy the peace that the beach offers. It is also worth seeing the sunset on Veloso beach (beautiful). The apartment is also very close to Curral beach and Grande beach. We felt very comfortable and were very well received. Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

I really liked the place, very good structure and organized. Excellent breakfast with options for those who eat or do not eat dairy products, which helped me a lot because I am allergic. Great market inside the space, pool and the beach in front is very private. I recommend it

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

I loved the apartment, very well equipped and the view is wonderful. Adriana is very friendly and attentive, we had an issue at check-in (at 2 a.m.), and she responded promptly, helping. I will definitely return more often and highly recommend it.

The house fully matches the listing and is in a quiet condominium. The kitchen is well equipped and there are markets and pharmacies about 4 minutes' drive from the house. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful view from the deck. Excellent stay!

The stay at the Red House was wonderful! Location is sensational. Practically inside the beach of Portinho, which is a delight. The house is exactly the same as the photos and when you arrive, it still exceeds expectations. Casa has too good energy and is complete! Leaving through the gate, you take 30 steps and you are in the sand. Praia do Portinho is very beautiful and great for kids and diving. Atendimento do Roque and Claudia was flawless. Very polite, caring, helpful and friendly. Good people with a house of good! We will return more often, for sure, and we will refer you all!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I find broader both internally and the backyard. the yard wall is also taller than it looks. But what delighted me most about the lodging were the small details that are not in the listing: pillows and bedding very cozy; wonderful shower; several appliances not included in the listing. The owner of the space with an unparalleled sympathy, answered our requests very quickly. Next visit to Maresias I will seek to rent the space again!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

We stayed from Friday to Sunday, since we arrived we already had a great reception from the concierge, very friendly and helpful doormen, parking area is free to stop wherever you want, we were lucky to always have a spot in front of our block, now speaking of leisure the pool was very warm, I used it at night and it was very cold, but I managed to stay good because it was air-conditioned, there is also a game room with ping-pong, foosball and 2 pool tables, another room with tables to play cards and checkers, and there is also a gym, I found everything very organized in terms of the condominium, but the apartment itself was excellent, everything clean, working, warm shower in the 2 bathrooms, there were cleaning items, (broom, shovel, squeegee, cloth, trash, sponges...) in the rooms there was a pillow, warm blanket, comfortable bed, and black out curtains, the only thing that didn't work for me was the 110 outlets, which when used turned off the power of the apartment and I needed to turn it on again haha but everything was perfect thank you
