Apartment holiday rentals in Praia

My stay at Casa Riviera was very good. The accommodation was large and spacious, with a cute little terrace. It was clean and nice. A very advantageous point, there is an affordable car rental agency just opposite, which is great. I advise you to rent a car for 3-4 days to visit the whole island at your own pace. The beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. I recommend it:) Also, there are a lot of grocery stores nearby so it's great. Restaurant point: there is a brunch nearby Adèle good value for money.

JEWELRY! The dream apartment! Super comfortable, very well decorated, accessible on foot or by car, close to the sea and restaurants. Erico is an amazing host, proactive, responsive, warm, welcoming and very available. Very small downside for the water pressure but Erico has the solution to this problem. Congrats again and thank you! I recommend closing my eyes!

The house is very nice, very clean and tidy, close to a central avenue and with a shower that works. The kitchen is equipped with necessities. Maria has been very attentive to everything, and has helped us with all our questions. However, if you come in summer, it is quite hot and there is no air conditioning.

I highly recommend staying at Carlos, the flat is extremely clean and we felt super comfortable. The area is safe and restaurants nearby are delicious. Carlos is a very nice and friendly person.

Despite the language barrier, Eunice has always been available and friendly. The apartment is perfect and the area in which it is located is very quiet, even if a little far from the center (but in 10 minutes on foot you can reach a lively area with many taxis). Recommended!

I did a lot of stay in a bnb air but this one will remain the best . No other words but amazing the apartment and beautiful functional and very clean . Edna is very responsive despite the fact that she is not on site and Neves is always possible to make sure everything goes smoothly . Would 100% recommend

Amazing! If you don’t stay here, you are missing out on a fantastic experience. Chris and Mona are incredible. such kind, generous and welcoming people. The meals they served us were so fresh and tasty, there are also lots of fun activities like snorkelling and fishing available here. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back again! We enjoyed staying at Sandro's apartment, everything was very organized and clean. My daughter felt right at home, she was still able to watch Netflix and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurant where they sell the best “catxupa, couscous, as well as fresh bread and coffee” This place is highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with your family.

Christoph and Mona, were outstanding hosts, and are with you every step of the way. The Beach location offers near perfect untouched nature, the ocean is rich with aquatic life, making the fishing truly amazing. The waves didn't calm during our stay so swimming wasn't possible, however it made the scenery even more spectacular. After spending time with Christoph I began to realise quickly how passionate and genuine he is about their chosen way of life, he is an asset to Maio and held in high regard. They ask nothing in return for all the help received during the stay, and truly enjoy the social company of good honest people, guests appear welcome to be part of their everyday life. Their dogs and cats are well behaved, we looked forward to seeing Lucy +1 each morning guests should appreciate you are living off grid and must be conscious of power used. your own wifi dongle would be recommended if it's essential you. Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby ex: grocery store, mall... Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Excellent aparment in a wonderful location, next to the sea, in a very safe condominium where you can watch the sun setting from the pool. The restaurants are just next door, from the traditional to the stylish and a sushi restaurant with a good ambiance. We want to return soon.

We spent 5 wonderful days in Francisco's apartment and can only report positive things. The location was ideal – everything was within walking distance, and in addition, we could easily rent a car, which was organized within three minutes. A special highlight was the great service: Alicia, our point of contact, was incredibly helpful, friendly and supported us in everything. They felt immediately welcome and in good hands. Overall, our stay was just fantastic – we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!
