Accommodation just like the photos, everything new and clean. Peaceful and family villa. Clean, tasteful and functional decoration. The only photo that causes a bit of confusion is the one that shows the beach and lets us understand that the property would be standing in the sand, because we were told that we could wait for the check in time (if we arrived before the time) in this area of the beach, but the swing is located in a bar/kiosk (with great service) on the beach. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the avenue, very easy. This confusion made it a little difficult to locate the entrance to the property at night, but we quickly turned around and found it! The host Karina is very friendly and polite. We recommend the accommodation and hope to return soon!

We hosted a couple and two children for a weekend. The location is very good. Right in front of the beach, there is a market, and restaurants nearby. Parking is a differential, because the region is bad for parking. You can do everything on foot. The host is very responsive, and responds quickly. The house is comfortable and has air conditioning and all necessary kitchen utensils. Great cost-benefit option. We love it.

It was a family outing, me, my wife, and my two children, a 7-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl. The location of the apartment within the condominium is a few meters from the beach, this is fantastic, there would be no way to stop the car closer to the beach than in the condominium's own parking lot. The place is ideal for those who like nature. The beach is fantastic, especially for families with children, the water is calm, transparent and very clean. Erick took very good care of us, was very kind and generous in allowing our checkout to go beyond the predetermined and described in the AirB&B listing. We will certainly be back.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We did not suffer from rubberies or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very quiet to leave them there while we were going for a walk. Katya was flexible with the check-out time, which allowed us to make our last day very short. I highly recommend it.

Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. We were super welcome, Taciano very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, all very clean, exactly as in the pictures. It has a super different view, we love it and we would definitely come back. The condominium's pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.
