The house is really the wonder you see in the listing. Lots of structure, beauty and comfort. All well integrated. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is a show apart, amazing, as well as the barbecue area and pizza oven. We had all the support of everything we need quickly and with great kindness and warmth. The condominium is close to Julião beach, which is sensational. It was an amazing weekend. Too much worth it!!!

The stay went very well and the house is exactly as in the pictures and description. It is super well located and the facilities are great, very comfortable and with all the structure to receive guests. The service is very fast and I also request it when necessary. The only point of attention is that the condominium is quite strict for the entry of visitors and family members, so it is necessary to notify in advance any movement that will take place in your house, otherwise the person may not be able to enter.

The house is much better than it appears in the photos with an incredible leisure area, a perfect environment to enjoy with friends and family, not to mention the household items and bed and bath linens that are impeccable. I like it so much that I've already picked it up for another date, it's worth every cent !

Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You also have the possibility of entering the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of our frenetic routine. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to have access to the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will return more often, for sure! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

I can't recommend the stay anymore. Thalita helped me with everything we needed, the house was clean, tidy and everything as described - even a iron that was not in the description of the stay she ran after making it available to us. We arrived a little early at the house and she made the entrance available without any problems. To leave, it was also as easily. Everything was working perfectly, no surprises, and the value was super fair.

Spectacular house with a breathtaking view! My friends and I had a wonderful experience! Only the arrival was more complicated, as it is a very steep climb and with the heavy car it was difficult to climb, otherwise everything was wonderful!

I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great care, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A true host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty, and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

The house is wonderful! Very well equipped, it even has a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer. Excellent kitchen utensils, lots of bath towels available! The grill is brand new. The owners certainly frequent the house and the impression is that you are not in a rented house, but rather staying with friends! The location is excellent, in that wonderful Gramado and close to the shade of the beach! One of my favorites on Airbnb, we will definitely be back!

We spent delicious days at the Casa de Copas! Super cozy, clean and calm environment! There were all the kitchen utensils, super clean environments! The view is breathtaking, I recommend it to everyone!

I usually go to the island whenever I can to recharge my batteries, this time out of season in the cold, I chose this Recanto to celebrate my birthday, the Ponta da Sela condominium is an incredible place in itself, I always stay here, there is a fishing spot that loves to see the sunset there, among so many wonders of nature preserved in the place. Veronica's house is a surreal place, an impeccable house with a beautiful, infinity-edge pool. The house is very nice and private, and for those who have pets, it is all surrounded by the yard. Veronica answered me very well by phone, she is a flexible person, and gave me a small discount. She was flexible at check-in and check-out. Of all the houses we stayed in at Ponta da Sela, Veronica's was by far the best experience we had. The house is very complete, with many utensils. In short, I would spend hours writing about how good this experience was! Something surreal! Thank you for hosting us and giving us the opportunity to stay at your home, Veronica, we'll be back!!!
