We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The penthouse is spacious, clean, well-equipped, with an excellent location. We had a great experience with the accommodation, the host is super attentive and the penthouse is perfect!

We went from Copenhagen to Cabo Frio to visit my family, we thought the apartment was cozy from the photos and decided to rent it. It was the best thing we did! Our 16-night stay was wonderful in the apartment. We felt at home. Everything was clean, organized. The apartment couldn't be in a better location than this. Leaving the building, you are already on the beachfront. Close to everything, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, etc. A 15-minute walk along the edge of Forte beach, you reach the charming neighborhood of Passagem. The communication between us and the managers was pleasant, always attentive to whether the customer needs something, a 10 for you. For those who will stay in the apartment. Wear comfortable sneakers for walking along the beach in the evening. Wake up early, don't miss the sunrise on the Beachfront. Very good stay, close to the beach but in a neighborhood, this accommodation allowed us to access everything we needed. The welcome was perfect and the accommodation was faithful to the photos.

very good space. great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial center, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings the location is very good. thank you and I will always come back. if you want to walk it is very fast by car from Pontal beach to enjoy day and night the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio (a tip these 2)

Good place and very good location!

we had a very pleasant stay at Miriams home. it is a beautiful complex with 24hour security. You might even get to know the cats in the complex. The home was easy to find and check in was very simple. check out instructions were very simple too. the home was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a short or long stay. it is situated in a prime location and walkable to many popular beaches. there are 100s of restaurants around and the boardwalk is pleasant to walk late afternoon. I would highly recommend. Miriam was also very quick to answer our messages which was a relief. thank you for a good stay!

The place is even nicer and more comfortable than the pictures. Very spacious, in a prime location, with a very quiet beach and a beautiful view. You can really enjoy the sea at all times. The view from the house has been dazzling since you enter. The accommodation includes Sandra's service as a clean and cook, it deserves a separate mention of her dedication and warmth. In the morning he would arrive very temparano and prepare breakfast, cook lunch and leave the house sparkling when he left. We didn't speak Portuguese, but we were able to communicate without a problem. The house is very well equipped and decorated in a very warm marine style, it is noticeable that it is used by its owners, we managed to feel at home. Regarding buzios, it is about 45 minutes away with the night transit. The condominium where it is is a very nice place and with private security. We stayed for 7 nights. If back in Buzios, it would definitely be our first choice back to this house.

Wonderful house, with a beautiful view! Everything finely decorated making the atmosphere welcoming! Only detail left to be desired were the showers that we were unable to adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. Super recommend the house, it was incredible days! Thank you.

A simply amazing house, we had to spend a quick time for it that got a taste of wanting more! A modern house with lots of space, spacious rooms, one even had a balcony and desk for home office, the living room also had a Playstation 4 with VR, which for those who like it is a great differential. We like it very much and we will definitely go back.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and functional, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

Great place for a family vacation!! The house is beautiful and the views are unmatched!!! The beach is peaceful and somewhat secluded. The only thing to note is that it can be a little dangerous with children, but we had a 1 year old, 4 year old, and 7 year old and everything went smoothly! Just be aware they will need some constant vigilance. Other than that, everything was amazing and we would definitely come back again!!

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

My family and I had an incredible weekend at Mr. Joaquim's apartment, he always responded to us whenever we needed, answered all our questions with kindness and accuracy. The information about the space is reliable, everything is very clean, perfect bed and bath linens. The pools and the lake are simply wonderful. In the kitchen we found everything we needed, excellent air conditioning, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and living room all clean and organized. Close to Cabo Frio and the paradisiacal beaches of Arraial do Cabo, we had the opportunity to visit there as well. The condominium is organized and safe. We definitely recommend it, we already miss it. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!
