The house is beautiful, the very comfortable spaces, Carlos and his lady are very friendly and willing to help in all requirements, as well as Marlene. I would return to the accommodation without hesitation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

From the moment of arrival, it was clear the care and attention to detail that the hosts have. The service of the owners was exemplary, always helpful, and very attentive. They responded quickly to our questions and were genuinely concerned with ensuring that we had an amazing experience. The location is perfect and the house offers all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. I recommend it without hesitation and we will certainly return at the next opportunity! Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

The stay was great, great location, comfortable home with all that was described. Bed and bath linens of great quality, tasteful and functional environment. Kind and proactive host helped us a lot.

What can I tell you about our days in Arraial do Cabo at Chi Fai's place? Everything was magnificent, the building's amenities, the kitchen equipment, the cleanliness, the warmth, and the incredible location in front of Praia Grande, along with the host's attention, make it undoubtedly the best experience I've had on a vacation... We're leaving with a lot of desire to come back, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

the apartment is excellent. The unbeatable area steps from the pedestrian. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, everything walking. The apartment is very comfortable, both for sleeping, cooking, bathing, being outside, everything is a 10. Beautiful house and very comfortable. I would come back anyway , aside it was my wedding and we were just a few steps away from where this beautiful celebration was.

Everything was excellent, as in the photos, we had a problem but they responded super quickly. The area is perfect, close to everything and rua das stones. The only thing that was not so good is the issue of the hot water in the shower, it was not hot it was warm pulling in cold, but only that as a not so good point but everything else recommended.

The stay at the house was great! Thais and Alexandre are always kind, the photos represent exactly what the house is like, with a great outdoor area. Clean linens and bath linens of high quality. The shower is great, too. Super recommend it.

Our stay was excellent. The hosts are super polite and helpful, the house was exactly what we were looking for, the inside of the house is simple, but cozy, the mattresses are good, the outside area is delightful. It was a weekend of rest and peace, everything flowed very well. The location is great, you can enjoy both the beach and the house. The secretary who went to cook too, made a lunch the way we asked, I recommend everything.

We were staying with my family (2 adults with 2 children aged 4 and 1), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin meets everything reported by the host (whom we thank for their continued willingness to answer our inquiries), and its location is easily accessible by pedestrian (Buzios has a quite diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to scattering spots. Nearby there are all kinds of options to eat and shop, etc., and if you need transfers, it also has public transport 100 meters away. The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed with the family and it was a great experience! The house is beautifully organized, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary items for a quiet stay. The location is great, on a calm and safe street, which ensured very quiet nights. The host was attentive and made us very comfortable. The stay was excellent! The location is amazing and everyone is very cordial in the condominium. All brand-new, well-maintained, well equipped. I loved Gabriel's receptivity, super staying with him again. I recommend bringing a spare towel if you are staying less than 7 and more than 3 days. They have all the kitchen items, and everything is very new and of quality. Amei!

I found the house very cozy, comfortable, nice, clean and functional. The complex is excellent, has everything and is very quiet, ideal for families with small boys. The attention and kindness of everyone in the complex, to stand out. Leticia was always attentive to what we need, she responded quickly and with a very good predisposition. I highly recommend this accommodation for a family, comfortable rooms, plenty of bathrooms, super equipped and spacious kitchen. Great living space to share with family! It also has a washing machine and 2 clotheslines. The complex is beautiful, it has a doorman and they also give you the password to enter without a key, the pool is huge and the plants all over the space are beautiful. I would definitely go back!
