The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but it has been renovated to have all modern comforts! It is heated with a romantic wood-burning stove! Outside (although in a central location) it has a green space where you can relax and admire the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round! PLEASE NOTE: CALCULATE +€1.50 PER PERSON FOR TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID ON SITE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

Although it's a studio, it's spacious and well organized. Perfectly in the center. We did not meet the host x they send in advance the info x check-in and check-out on the mobile phone but are extremely accurate in describing check-in. Great stay, I recommend it.

As described, studio perfect for singles or couples about a 15-minute walk from the station, just minutes from the local "supermarket" and the forest entrance. Nadia was very kind in picking me up at the station and gave me useful tips and various leaflets about the woods area in addition to always being super available if needed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook and some extra bases (salt, oil, sugar...) and is really cool in summer. Small but functional bathroom with towels for every part of the body, hairdryer, and various soaps. Small negative notes, the water in the shower is heated (at least in summer) with solar energy, in the evening it is nice warm, but in the morning I found it as warm as possible. Being a studio, all the appliances are in the bedroom and the noise of the fridge/freezer can be annoying for those who have a light sleep (nothing a couple of caps does not solve) I would go back.

Enza’s lovely apartment was the perfect place to stay for access to the xc skiing venues in Pragelato, but also perfect for alpine skiers who want to avoid the crowds of Sestriere. The base of the cable car is very close by, with easy parking, and you can get your ticket there and access all of the Vialattea peaks. There was also a wonderful restaurant close by that they recommended; a real locals place! Great value!

the time was short and but having had similar experiences on Pragelato it was fine, unfortunately given the bad weather with wind we could not move but I think we will return in summer when the cold outside the house allows us to go on excursions

Lovely home with lots of character, very cosy and worked perfectly for our family ski trip. Very convenient parking right outside. We loved staying in Traverses with good access to a fast lift in Pragelato, nice restaurants nearby. Somewhere we’d love to stay again.
