Excellent accommodation, quiet, with my owners next door so simple for communication, and the sea 10-15 minutes by car 💪 I recommend it!

Sophie's house is great, comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very well equiped with everything you need to settle in quickly, cook nice meals and relax in the house or outside on the lovely patio. The setting is beautiful right beside the river in a quiet residential part of Palavas. Its a quick walk to food, souvenir and clothes shops, markets, great restaurants and the beach. Sophie was a helpful host and we really enjoyed our visit.

Very good interaction with the owners. Friendly and relaxing hospitality. The rental is very well thought out. The setting is peaceful. Everything is perfect. The petanque court is a well-equipped place. The children really liked the little turtles. I highly recommend this easy-to-use accommodation. Several places to share meals. A 2.65m high motorhome passes just under the carport. And what about the pool. Relaxing place. The lights are solar so autonomous. Bike rides are to be considered because the village is on a small winding road in the woods. Congratulations to the owners for creating a great friendly B&B.

Very nice spacious villa that is well equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday. The location is top: quiet but shops close by. Also a good base for excursions such as the sea, Montpellier, kayaking,....

We had a pleasant stay. Bénédicte contacted us well in advance to ask what we needed (bed, children's chair, etc.). She was always reachable and I could count on her! Bénédicte also sent videos to explain how to use appliances. The welcome was warm: visit the house, welcome basket was waiting for us and we had ideas for excursions. The villa matches the photos. Our kids loved the pool and the games room! The airco in the rooms was perfect for spending the night cool.

Great stay at a lovely villa

We spent the weekend of Ascension in Sommières. Ideally located, the house is a stone's throw from the center of Sommières. Clos St Vincent is perfect for families, nothing is missing for your comfort, everything is there! Chantal is very attentive to the well-being of her guests and Irina, who took care of our welcome, is charming and very warm. The whole place is impeccably clean and very well equipped. Fully in line with the description in the ad. We'll most certainly be back!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Very nice accommodation, Samuel and his wife are very welcoming. Kind and flexible. We came on a weekend with friends. We had a great time. Lovely garden, great size pool, fabulous outdoor seating area. Traditional rustic farmhouse interior. Sebastien was a friendly and welcoming host who recommended great local places to visit and was very responsive to any queries. A car or a bicycle is essential. Wonderful bird life.

Tranquility Conciergerie was quite available and reacted quickly, with patience and smile at our soliciations.

Very nice property! Large, private pool where no one can see you, barbecue, covered terrace with large table, stylish decor etc. You really feel extremely comfortable there and the view is beautiful. Everything was super clean and Julien welcomes you warmly and lives nearby, in case of an emergency. The hosts are super nice and respond very quickly to concerns. They let you use the whole property, it's huge! When we left, everything worked out great, even though we left very early. It's not a matter of course for Sunday. Thank you again! If there was 6 stars, I would give this hostess 7…. Laure went above and beyond to help us out at the last minute and continued being gracious our entire stay. We felt very safe in the secured setting. The rooms were very modern, roomy and EXTREMELY clean!! The showers are delightful. The grounds and pool area are beautiful! Traveling in a foreign country takes getting used to, but this choice was a gem! The town is quaint, but we did not have a vehicle so did not get to explore it. If you are much younger than we are, it would be a pleasant walk to the town center. I highly suggest choosing this place if you are looking for comfort, CLEAN and modern!!!!! A perfect stay in a beautiful villa! We were a group of 10 people and everything went very well. The house is spacious, clean, well-equipped and in line with the listing. The environment is quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. Chloé was very responsive and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed and will be back with pleasure! We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great weekend with friends! The house is great, very well thought out for groups. The pool was perfect, and we particularly enjoyed the different outdoor spaces that allow everyone to enjoy at their own pace. A really enjoyable stay, I would recommend it without hesitation!
