Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Prades-le-Lez

The Atelier is a truly exceptional place to stay. It is a unique, beautifully styled property in a wonderfully peaceful location. Staying at the Atelier allows you to completely unwind surrounded by nature whilst being close to fantastic places to visit, like Nîmes and the Pont du Gard. The pool was very welcome on a hot day! Yolène is a wonderful, very responsive host, who has created a very special place to stay. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, shops and fêtes when we arrived but completely respected our privacy after that. We would definitely recommend the Atelier to our friends (in fact we have already done so!) and hope to have the opportunity to return one day.

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Ruhe geliebt und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben! Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

Un accueil chaleureux d'Hélène et Gilles ainsi que de leur petit fiston à 4 pattes😇😇😇 Un logement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel ainsi qu'une jolie terrasse où j'ai dégusté mon petit déjeuner chaque matin. J'aurais du dire Brunch Royal préparé par Hélène avec amour😋🙏😋du salé, du sucré maison... patisseries divinement bonnes une mention spéciale pour la marmelade maison avec ses oranges hihihi généreuses quantité afin de bien pouvoir aller se balader 🤩🤩🤩 De bonnes recommandations d'Hélène....Le Meilleurs arrêt de mon voyage de 10 jours où j'ai fait 5 arrêt.... je recommande les yeux fermés et reviendrais avec grand plaisir🌞🪷🌞

Je recommande à 100000 % autant l’hôte que le logement. La villa est splendide et même plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Tout est fait et pensé pour passer un séjour de rêve. On reviendra sans hésiter pour profiter de ce petit paradis de luxe. À réserver sans hésiter. Merci pour ce séjour royal entre filles.

Super séjour, je recommande vivement. Logement conforme aux photos (je dirais même que les photos ne rendent pas justice à la piscine qui est bien plus grande que ce qu elle ne paraît en photo), propre et fonctionnel. Jeff est très réactif et n'a pas hésité à se déplacer pour nous aider. Si nous repassons dans le coin nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Très joli logement, très bien équipé et avec beaucoup de charme. Les hôtes sont vraiment réactifs et à l’écoute. Seul hic mais qui est logique par rapport au bien d’exception (ancienne bergerie) : c’est la petite odeur de renfermé qui surprend à l’arrivée et à laquelle on s’habitue très bien. Merci pour tout !

J’ai rarement été dans un logement aussi bien équipé et propre, pratique. C’est mieux que sur les photos. Très pratique de se rendre dans le centre-ville en tramway (à quelques pas de l’appartement). La place pour la voiture dans le garage est un grand avantage. L’immeuble est calme, moderne, beau. Anthony est très réactif et s’est adapté à notre programme d’arrivée et de départ. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Merci !

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Logement très accueillant et fonctionnel avec un beau balcon ! Proche de la plage et du port ainsi que des commerces (le chemin peut se faire à pied sans problème). Guillaume est un hôte bienveillant et amical, qui nous a donné de bonnes recommandations d'activités à faire sur place. Je recommande :)

Petit studio bien calme, propre et confortable. Parking à proximité. Sophie et son mari ont fourni des instructions clairs pour mon arrivé en autonomie. Ils se sont aussi soucié du confort de mon séjour. Hôte à l'écoute dess besoins. Je recommande vivement 👍

Julien's space was as advertised. The highlight was the balcony; when we weren't exploring the city or sleeping, we were on the balcony with breakfast or sharing a bottle of wine in the evening. The kitchen was serviceable, I wouldn't cook a meal in there as there aren't any spices but with the wonderful restaurants around there was no need to cook. The air conditioning was great but the bedroom could use a fan as the cool from the AC didn't travel. I have only two complaints: first, there weren't any instructions for the washing machine (we eventually bought our own laundry detergent and found a drying screen on the balcony as the dryer didn't seem to work). Second, it took them at least 8 hours to respond which if there had been a real issue we've would've been SOL. Thankfully there weren't any issues so it didn't affect our stay. I would have no qualms about staying here again or referring people to stay at Julien and Yohan's!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben einfach perfekt! Der Pool ist sauber und es hat total Spaß gemacht vor allem bei dem heißen Wetter! Danke für die Unterkunft und den freundlichen Umgang.

J ai passé 5 semaines dans l appartement pour une formation, c est le plus propre et le plus agréable que j ai testé en 6 mois sur Montpellier ! Immeuble récent, à la fois calme grâce au double vitrage et pourtant à 5 min de l hôtel de ville (moulares), bien équipé, bon couchage (avec le surmatelas), belle terrasse... l hôte est réactive et compréhensible, je recommande !

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Le logement est idéalement situé pour découvrir Montpellier, bien équipé et propre. Hélène nous a accueillis à notre arrivée pour nous remettre les clefs et elle est de bon conseil.

a nicely renovated appartment with a well functioning aircondition. The flexible arrival time was great. The location is in a good walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Logement correspondant aux photos et à la description, d’ailleurs d’une propreté exceptionnelle. Parking gratuit et résidence facilement accessible grâce au guide transmis par l’hôte. Jérôme nous a accueilli comme il se doit et on s’y est senti comme à la maison. Je recommande !

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue splendide. Appartement grand confort avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Literie de très bonne qualité encore mieux qu'à la maison . Propreté irréprochable, vraiment bravo. Un grand merci pour ce séjour. Nous étions trop bien. On revient l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir

nous avons passé un très bon séjour le logement était fidèle à la description. Le grand + la grande terrasse avec jacuzzi et la merveilleuse vue à 180 degrés. Nous recommandons cette location tout confort.
