Holiday rentals with beach access in Pozzallo

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und das Highlight ist diese große Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Aber auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. In Noto gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und einzukaufen. Lido die Noto selbst fanden wir nicht so ansprechend, aber das hat nicht gestört bei allem was einem sonst geboten wird.

The place looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and spotless. Laura and Silvio were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Very walkable area. Silvio met us at check in and gave very clear instructions to find nearby parking (covered lot with hourly rate; €15/24° max). Would stay there again. Thanks Laura and Silvio!

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

We had an enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment. Communication with Emily was immediate, directions were clear and easy to follow, list of places to shop and eat was useful. Was given recommendation and contact for garage to park car, 20 euro per night.

Francescos Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Du kannst vom Balkon aus den Leuchtturm und das Meer sehen. Der Self Check-In funktioniert wunderbar problemlos. Francesco ist ein guter Gastgeber und hat immer superschnell und unkompliziert kommuniziert. Er gibt Tipps für Besichtigungen (Danke, das Castello habe ich mir am Sonntag angeschaut!) und hilft bei allen Fragen. Das WiFi ist stabil und eignet sich auch gut für Videocalls, falls nötig. Ich würde in jedem Fall wiederkommen und kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

If there were 10 star ratings I would give this place a 10+star. First of all Salvatore’s communication was 11/10. His place is in the Historical district where all the action is and is very walkable to the marina. His place is pristine and this would be the only place I would stay if I were to go back again. He arranged for parking for me, always asked how things were going and he had items sometimes like you take for granted such as extra towels, had water for us. Once again, he gave clear cut instructions on how to get there and we absolutely loved his place. Thank you so much for your hospitality as we greatly appreciated it. Make sure you look no more and this is the place to stay at.

El departamento es tal cual se lo describe , tuvimos un par de problemas Stefania y su marido se ocuparon muy rápido en resolverlo , hay lugar para estacionar no es un dato menor en Italia , la zona súper tranquilo , para mi gusto un poco lejos de las atracciones

Wir waren mit unserer 2- jährigen Tochter in dieser Unterkunft und es war für uns ideal. Direkt am Strand, wenige Leute, ruhige Umgebung, es gibt sogar Strandspielzeug für die Kinder. Es hat uns also an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin hat super funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Good location within walking distance to sites, shops and restaurants! Clean and modern. Nice view of marina from upstairs bedroom!! Marcello provided a great list of places to go to and see! Convenient parking nearby if you need it. When the construction out front ends, the walkway will be a welcome edition. Euros requested for the tourist tax so remember to have exact change.

Claudio og hans nydelige hund Mario tok oss vel imot. Neste morgen mottok vi økologiske selvdyrkede tomater og sitroner. Alltid vennlig og hjelpsom. Både Claudio og lille Mario har en varm, humoristisk og rolig fremtoning. Hagen hans er nydelig og velstelt og vårt område lå passe skjermet. Ikke langt fra huset er det en strand der en kan leie solsenger og en strandrestaurant som serverer mat og drikke. Det var akkurat passe mange mennesker der og de fleste var italienere. Anbefales!😎

A truly 5 star airbnb! Location is perfect, a beautiful view of the marina and right next to the beach and sea. The balcony is great for eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable, shower really good, and the place was very clean. The AC was very good and very needed in the heat. Wifi was good, we didn’t use the TV so cannot comment. The host was very friendly and met us at check in to explain everything. Definitely one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in!

A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

I highly recommend Carmelo's place. It is in an excellent location, has a comfortable space, and is steps from the water. The area is quieter at the end of the street, yet still close to everything. I would stay there again.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

We arrived later than planned, but that was no problem for Elisa. She was very welcoming and gave us lots of helpful tips for restaurants in the area and even reserved a table for us late at night in a nearby restaurant. Throughout our stay, she remained easily reachable and was quick to respond whenever we had any questions. The accommodation was well-kept, modern and clean. We appreciated having access to a secure, enclosed parking area—just a one-minute walk from the Airbnb. It’s situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a short stroll from the beach, which was a real highlight for us. A nice bonus: the Airbnb also had a beach umbrella that we could take with us to the beach. In our opinion, a rental car is a must, as public transport options seemed quite limited and the shops were about 15 minutes away by car. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Elisa as a host! We would come back anytime!

Het appartement heeft twee terrassen met altijd zon of schaduw. Aan de ene kant prachtig uitzicht op zee, strand en de boulevard en aan de andere kant uitzicht op de tuin en bergen. De woonkamer is zeer ruim en comfortabel ingericht. Er is een fijne douche en een goed bed. De keuken is compact maar bevat alles voor een prettig verblijf zoals een magnetron, percolator en ruime koelkast met vriesvak. Er is altijd ruimte om de auto te parkeren achter de woning.

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui s’est avéré à la fois fonctionnel et simple, tout en répondant parfaitement à nos besoins. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la présence d'un parasol pour la plage, un petit plus qui s'est révélé très pratique. De plus, la localisation de l'appartement est idéale, offrant un accès facile à tout ce dont nous avions besoin, ce qui a vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience plus fluide. Cependant, il est important de noter que les nuits peuvent être assez bruyantes, ce qui a légèrement perturbé notre repos. Cela dit, nous gardons un souvenir positif de notre séjour et nous remercions Aurore notre hôte pour son accueil.

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at Salvo and his parents place. After exploring the beautiful surrounding towns, we were able to spend time in the garden or cool off in the sea, to which there is direct access. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. An ideal place for a quiet vacation in Sicily.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, mit drei Schlafzimmern, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Das absolute Highlight ist die großzügige Außenterrasse mit einer weiteren Küche, Grill, Außendusche und sogar einer separaten Toilette. Zusätzlich gibt es eine zweite Terrasse am Eingangsbereich, perfekt, um den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen – was in dieser Jahreszeit besonders angenehm war, da es nicht zu heiß war. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Stefania hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns bei ihr rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wir haben viele Ausflüge unternommen und lieben es, lange Spaziergänge am Meer zu machen – besonders empfehlen können wir Donnalucata. Auch die Städte Syrakus, Modica und Ragusa Ibla haben uns mit ihrer Schönheit und Atmosphäre beeindruckt. Wir danken Stefania von Herzen ♥️!

Perfect Spot Close to the Beach and Town We had a lovely stay in Marina di Ragusa! The location is ideal — just a few steps from the beach, and everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, the marina, shops, and the town center. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our little one. It’s compact but very practical and cozy. Just a heads-up: the apartment is located right by the main promenade, so the area can be lively, especially in the evenings. If you enjoy being in the heart of the action, it’s perfect! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it for a fun and convenient beach holiday.

My partner and I stayed at Cristina’s place for 3 nights in the first part of our Sicily holiday. The apartment was peaceful, clean and quiet with everything you need. The courtyard area was great for some fresh air and eating breakfast. Pleasantly surprised at how much bigger the space was in person- plenty of room. The walk to Ortigia was around 10 minutes and was fine to do if you do not have any mobility issues. The apartment is in a residential area so short walk to some local shops/bakeries. Cristina is a wonderful host who replied very quickly and readily provided information. Thank you again Cristina :)
