Holiday rentals with beach access in Povoa de Varzim

Nosso estadia no apartamento da Sra. Manuela foi excelente! A comunicação com a proprietária foi rápida e eficiente. Sra Manuela sempre muito atenciosa retornando rapidamente nossos eventuais contatos. A localização do apartamento é privilegiada, em frente ao mar, possibilitando a vista de um maravilhoso por do sol e próximo a zona comercial com restaurantes e lojas de conveniência. Tem um estacionamento bem próximo. Ficamos muito contentes com a locação e pretendemos retornar em breve!

Gisela’s place was lovely and the kitchen was amazingly stocked with everything we could need! Sadly the balcony had no furniture on it and had cement on it because of maintenance work on the building but location was great as by the beach! Thank you

We stayed for 4 nights Pros- As mentioned, clean, panoramic view, near to restaurants. Easy to access Gaia and Porto. Onsite parking Beautiful ocean and Great view of the sunset Con Unable to find the location with Gps and Google map without referring to his link Feedback 1) 1 small bottle of shampoo and bath gel is insufficient for 5 days. Thankfully we have brought some along 2) Small shelf in the shower will make it easier for the Sr citizen without bending down to pick up small bottles from the floor. 3) Antislip floor mat will be ideal when one step out from the shower.

We had a great time in the Seaside Studio and Pedro is an amazing host. He gave us great tips about everything around the Studio and responded quickly to any questions we had. He also gave us a really nice tip for a local festival on the day before we left, which made to end of our holiday even better. The apartment has everything you need and is in a great location. The view the sea from the garden is really nice and you have a supermarket, bakery, bars and restaurants around the corner. Parking is a bit of a hassle around the apartment, but you really don't need a car here, since the bus stop is in front of the apartment.

Notre séjour de 4 jours avec ma copine à été très agréable Marina, Linda et Delfim ont été très accueillant, chaleureux, réactif pour le bien de notre séjour, et pour notre confort. L'appartement est très bien situé nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La propreté de l'appartement était au rendez-vous, l'emplacement et l'environnement était juste incroyable et conforme à la description. Je vous recommande vivement cette appartement vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour !

Gorgeous views from a gorgeous apartment! Everything was immaculate and modern, we appreciated that the crib and high chair were set up for us. A wonderful trip, would absolutely recommend!!

It was fantastic time in the Tue’s house. The garden is really spectacular.

Magnificent site with views of the river. Great place for children to play with pool and secure play area. House accommodation is homely with comfortable beds. Very secure and accessible local amenities.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Tage am Strand verbracht. Am 1. November aufgrund der Temperaturen von etwa 20 Grad noch im Atlantik zu Baden wird uns natürlich unvergesslich bleiben. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über eine kleine E-Heizung, was in den Morgenstunden auch sehr nützlich war. Der Ort liegt abseits vom Trubel, trotzdem sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehweite. Unser Guest hat auch alle Anfragen prompt erledigt. Vielen Dank dafür!

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

Verdaderamente un alojamiento que merece la pena visitar. Excelente ubicación y vista, un lugar para disfrutar la ciudad de Porto.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

숙소는 멋진 석양을 볼 수 있는 아름다운 해변과 2~3분 거리 내에 있었습니다. 생선요리 맛집들도 숙소 바로 근처에 많이 있었고, 대형마트와 맥도날드도 길만 건너면 바로 있었습니다. 교통은 500번 버스를 타면 이층버스에서 바다를 조망하며 상벤투역까지 갈 수 있었고, 집 근처의 메트로를 이용하면 도심 곳곳을 빠르게 방문할 수 있었습니다. 그리고, 숙소의 컨디션은 매우 좋았고, 공간도 생각보다 훨씬 넓었습니다. 무엇보다 호스트님의 친절한 응대와 빠른 답변이 숙박기간 내내 저희를 편하게 만들어주었습니다. 저희 비행기 도착시간을 고려해서 체크인을 해주시려고 노력했고, 편하게 머물다 갈 수 있도록 배려를 아끼지 않으셨습니다. 덕분에 포르투에 대한 좋은 추억을 많이 만들 수 있었습니다.

Pro‘s: -Der Blick ist phänomenal!! -Die Lage ist praktisch und zentral (Bus- und Metrohaltestellen in der Nähe) -Großes Schlafzimmer (ebenfalls schöner Blick!) -Genug Platz -in der Küche soweit alles da was man braucht (ein zweiter Topf wäre schön) -Alles war sauber -Es gibt einen Aufzug (Wohnung ist in der 7. Etage) Cons: -Die Lüftung im Bad geht automatisch an am Nachmittag und schaltet sich erst am nächsten Morgen wieder ab. Sie ist sehr laut und wirkt dreckig, außerdem verströmt sie einen unangenehmen Geruch wenn sie läuft. Man sollte die Badtür immer zum Lüften offen haben. -Keine Spülmaschine -Große und laute Baustelle um die Ecke Insgesamt hatte ich einen tollen Aufenthalt und habe mich wohl gefühlt!

Bardzo mile mieszkanie dla 2 osób, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami - ręczniki, szampon, mydlo, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo mily i pomocny gospodarz, pokazal nam na mapie Porto miejsa warte zwiedzenia, na bieząco odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania - bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieszkanie polożone 500 m od plaży., w bardzo dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym ( metro, autobusy ) Bardzo polecam .

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es gab reichlich Platz zum Entfalten. Das Ambiente ist eher zweckmäßig und nicht besonders heimelig aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man ist dort privat untergebracht, aber auch anonym. Kontakte knüpfen wird man dort eher nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine wäscht gut. Der WLAN Router befindet sich in der Unterkunft und das Internet ist schnell. Besonders gut fand ich die große Schiebewand mit der man den Wohnbereich gut vor Sonne schützen kann. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Strand, wobei die Gastronomie in der Umgebung wenig Anwechslung bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar. Man hat ja schließlich Urlaub und reichlich Zeit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war ihr Geld absolut wert. Vielen Dank

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen. We kregen uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving en het appartement. Niets was teveel. Pluspunt waren de 2 fietsen die we mochten gebruiken om de stad Porto te bezoeken. Eigenaar is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Mochten we Porto terug willen bezoeken, zullen we deze accommodatie zeker terug nemen!
