Studio de 25m2 dans une extension en bois attenante à notre maison. Au cœur de la baie d'Audierne, à mi chemin entre la Pointe du Raz et la Torche. Situé dans le bourg de Plovan, à 800 m de la mer, à proximité du GR 34. Volume agréable au calme. Grand lit de 160x200. Cuisine équipée. Entrée indépendante, espace extérieur privatif et terrasse couverte ensoleillée le matin. Pour les séjours longs, un lave linge peut être mis à votre disposition.

Villa Trouz Ar Mor (new outdoor layout)

Cross over: you're on the beach. Villa Trouz Ar Mor (classified as Furnished Tourist Accommodation) offers you a choice ground floor with a private equipped courtyard. Its interior is cozy and offers a piano accessible to musicians upon request. Linens are provided. No smoking, no pets allowed. Furnished for 4 people and open to a large sunny terrace overlooked by a private garden, it enjoys a peaceful and preserved environment and has two bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine. Direct access to hiking trails allows you to walk to the medieval city of Pont-Croix or the port of Audierne.

The house nestles at the bottom of a valley in the center of Cap-Sizun in a preserved natural area 1700 m from the sea, from the beach of the Cove of Loch. It includes : on the ground floor a living room, kitchen and bathroom. on the upper floor under attic : . a mezzanine with 160/200 bed that can be separated into 2 single beds.
