Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is a peaceful country getaway. Enjoy spending time with fireflies instead of streetlights in this rustic cabin complete with all creature comforts. You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Guests will have access to 42 acres of land and hunt stands for turkey, deer, and hog hunting. (Different rates apply FOR HUNTERS). Explore the spring river for duck hunting, fishing, floating, hiking, quaint shops and eateries in scenic Hardy, nearby access to Peebles Bluff Strawberry River rec area, and Martin creek.

The Archer house is just two blocks from main street, one block from the Spring River, a short walk to Mammoth Spring State Park and close to dining and shopping. It has been completely remodeled in fall of 2022 and features many unique and premium features. Including a walk-in tile shower, wood ceilings in part of the house, cedar-clad front porch and more. The house is also equipped with brand new appliances, fast wifi, washer and dryer and more!
