The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

In a small village, single-storey house with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large living room with kitchen and living room, large private garden. Possibility to park the car in this garden. Amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, soft pod coffee maker and classic coffee maker. BBQ, table, chairs outside. Electric (or wood) heating. British owners Peter and Tom welcome groups of up to six people. There is also potential to accommodate an additional two guests (plus child) in an adjoining room with private bathroom.
