Loft holiday rentals in Potsdam-Mittelmark

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in Berlin und würden jederzeit wieder bei Jan einchecken. Sehr freundliches und herzliches empfangen, tolle Unterkunft.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Berlin. Für einen Wochenendtrip genau das richtige. Viel Platz und mitten im Geschehen. Die Kommunikation mit Martina & Charlotte war super. Absolut zu empfehlen.

This Airbnb is such a gem—especially if you’re someone who appreciates good design and thoughtful details. The location is amazing. So many great restaurants and cool stores are just a short walk away. I kept checking Google Maps and being surprised how close everything was. The neighborhood is on the nicer side too, so I felt super safe—even walking around late at night on my own to grab food. Inside, the space feels like a little design library. I could’ve easily spent a whole day just reading and noticing all the creative touches. So many little things made me stop and think, “Wait, that’s such a cool idea.” AU and Enis were amazing with communication. Super responsive and patient—I tend to ask a lot of questions, and they always replied quickly and kindly. I didn’t get to meet them in person, but chatting with them honestly made it feel more like staying at a friend’s place than a rental. If you know how to appreciate places with soul and character, this one’s for you.

Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund sehr wohlgefühlt. Eva-Maria war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und hatte den Vorteil, auch an einem heißen Sommertag noch angenehm kühl zu sein. Die Lage ist für Gäste mit Hund unschlagbar. Nur wenige Meter weiter beginnt der Wald. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!

Das Wochenende war mega schöne Wohnung und schöne Umgebung einfach toll

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Der Host war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – er hat uns nicht nur tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung gezeigt, sondern mich auch auf Gegenden hingewiesen, die man besser meiden sollte. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön, sauber und in einem hervorragenden Zustand – genau wie auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Hermoso alojamiento. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien equipado. Buena ubicación y muy tranquilo. Siempre se mostraron amables y dispuestos a ayudar.

Ich habe die Unterkunft für meine Eltern gebucht, vor allem weil sie ganz in der Nähe meiner Wohnung liegt – das war für uns ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Gegend ist sehr schön: eine ruhige Straße, aber mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Supermärkte, DM, Restaurants). Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt und nach Norden ausgerichtet ist, ist sie eher dunkel – das war für meine Eltern, die viel Licht brauchen, etwas ungünstig. Für andere kann das aber durchaus eine gemütliche, ruhige Atmosphäre schaffen. Linda war sehr freundlich, flexibel beim Check-in, immer gut erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung!

OK. So I have my own Airbnb units and I am obviously biased, but Sebastian's flat and his super responsiveness is going to cause me to rethink what I can do better to reach this standard. Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, hands down. The private elevator to this penthouse suite is lux, not to mention the one, no two, no 3 terraces. WTF? It took a bit of back and forth communication with Sebastian (he's on top of things even when he's on another continent) to figure out how to get his cool electronically controlled shower to shoot out really hot water and yes I felt like a geriatric idiot for not getting it intuitively but Sebastian was right there. Wonderfully located near everything and a great bike rental store around the corner for those wishing to venture out further. And did I mention Gemello's vegan pizza 🍕 n Prenzlauer Berg . Has nothing to do with Sebastian, but if you're going to pamper yourself chez Sebastian, might as well go all the way

Maxim's place was perfect for our visit! The location was ideal, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the attractions we wanted to explore. The atmosphere in the apartment was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect base for our adventures. Plus, Maxim was such a gracious host, providing us with local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home during our stay, and I can't wait to go back!

Wunderschönes Loft, das mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, ausgestattet ist. Der Espresso aus der tollen Maschine hat beim Blick in den Garten und in den blauen Himmel durch die Dachfenster noch besser geschmeckt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und einen Ausflug in den Kletterpark in Potsdam. Julia war immer für uns erreichbar und hat alle Fragen beantworten können. Ein sehr netter Kontakt! 🤗

Timo is a wonderful, understanding and accommodating host, that responds fast! The location, neighbourhood, and building isnt the greatest but the loft itself is clean and well managed, and has all the needed utilities. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Great stay!

Tolle Wohnung in Top-Lage. Toll für eine größere Gruppe.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr hell und geräumig und für den Preis ein absolutes Schnäppchen. Der Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm sehr unkompliziert.

De studio was erg mooi en ruim. De host Julian was super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. We vonden het jammer dat de ruimte niet volledig verduisterd kon worden. Ondanks dat, een absolute aanrader!

Jättecool lägenhet en bit utanför centrum, massor med plats att hänga på, värden trevlig, hjälpsam och lätt att få tag på.
