What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. We loved our stay! The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is really well set out. A great walkable location to lots of lovely places. We stayed with 3 young children and had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful stay! The house is fully furnished in authentic old Marchigian style, with an eye for detail and atmosphere. You immediately feel the charm of the region as soon as you enter. Everything is present – from a well-equipped kitchen (with everything you need to cook yourself) to small extras that make the stay just that bit more pleasant. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the whole house was very clean. The garden is beautiful: quiet, green and you have a breathtaking view. And as the icing on the cake: a very friendly owner who welcomed us warmly. Absolutely recommended!

Rarely have you had such a large and clean place! Both the bathrooms and bedrooms as well as the kitchen were all tip-top clean. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is cleaned weekly, the contact was super friendly, we were also able to check in outside of the official check-in times. Everything went great . A wonderful house, a corner of paradise. Well-kept and welcoming house with a wonderful garden. The view is a feast for the eyes, and at night, the fireflies keep you company. Highly recommended.

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Such a wonderful property in the middle of a hilly landscape. Every view was like looking at a painting. These sunflower fields meadows everywhere are fabulous. I don't have to mention that it was spotlessly clean. It was pure relaxation! Perfect for families. Meals by the pool overlooking the beautiful landscape are just gorgeous there. It is even more beautiful than any picture here can tell. Rosy and Maurizio, you are excellent hosts. Every request was answered immediately and they always went above and beyond the call of duty. Maurizio's little country restaurant is a dream and the wine is wonderful. It was a perfect stay. We will be very happy to come back and we recommend it 100%!

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

A beautiful villa with large, well-kept garden, beautiful terrace, pizza oven, barbecue and great pool only 150 m away. Everything was available in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Positive overall experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to close the place in our absence. I recommend accommodation only for couples.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!
