Beautiful apartment, my friend and I had a very good time and felt right at home... you have the convenience of having two bathrooms, the washing machine, the fully equipped kitchen... really nothing was missing. The area is practically centrally located, so when you leave the house you have practically everything nearby. If you needed anything, they helped you right away, always available. Surely (since we always go to Venosa) we will consider returning to this apartment

It’s a gem, this appartment. Quiet with a fabulous roofterrace and in about 30 Minutes you are in Matera. Owners are quick responders and gave us usefull (diner)suggestions.

I live in Lazio, having to accompany my daughter to a birthday party in Brienza (PZ), I decided to stay overnight in this accommodation nearby, in Sasso di Castalda. The accommodation is clean and equipped with all the amenities, as described on Airbnb, so nothing to add. The owners are super nice and thoughtful, assisting the guest by illustrating all the many possibilities that the area offers. I really appreciated their availability, beyond expectations, in assisting me with a personal issue I had during my stay. Sasso di Castalda, discovered by chance, was a real surprise. A very well-kept village / gem, which deserves at least a visit of a few days to make nature excursions in the surroundings.

We stayed in this house for one night in five people, but we would have liked to stay longer. The house is spacious, with four double rooms (a rarity to be found elsewhere), equipped with every comfort, warm, clean and immersed in a countryside that offers peace and tranquility. Francesco, Mrs. Angela's co-host, was immediately extremely kind and helpful. One detail we really appreciated was finding the fireplace on our arrival, it made us feel welcomed and pampered. If we were to go back to the area, we would definitely choose to stay there again!

Casetta Franceschina, hosted by the Annina, is the perfect cozy retreat in the enchanting hilltop town of Grottole. This charming home has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, combining traditional Italian character with all the essentials. The location is fantastic—nestled in the quiet beauty of Grottole, with its winding streets and historic charm, it feels like stepping back in time.

Very comfortable house, well-stocked and really clean. Friendly and helpful owner. The place is easy to find. Calciano doesn't offer much (apart from beautiful landscapes), but it's a good place to explore the area. In any case, we had a great time.

We were very well hosted despite our late arrival. The house is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the garden and the pool. The house was very clean, located close to many places to visit. Thank you for the great welcome basket. Valeria replied very quickly to all our messages.

If a relaxing break away from reality is something you're looking for, then this is the place to be! The house is located in the rural areas and Salvatore helpfullt sent us an exact map location so we could find it. The home itself is amazing - pristine, comfortable and private. As it us located in the rural area, you cannot access it without a car. Shops are 15/20 mins away by car. We found 2 grocery shops - De Spar and Supermercarto De Rosaria. De Spar has a little more choice but De Rosaria were super friendly and offered to do a home delivery if we needed it. Salvatore was extremely helpful and although he came in each day to clean the pool and remove the garbage, we never heard him. Definitely a wonderful way to end a very busy tour of Italy. Highly recommend to any families wanting to relax and spend time together.

We had a great week with two families in April. The house has super much space and a nice location. We found everything we needed. * Half hour to the sea * Spa with spa and applications 10 minutes away * Supermarkets and pizzeria in the village * super nice and helpful owner * Turn on the fireplace, then the house will be super cozy! The house exceeded our expectations, was even more beautiful in reality than on pictures, has its own history documented on many pictures inside. Each bedroom had a nice bathroom and the swimming pool was amazing. The host was super helpful and always happy to answear our questions about the region or local restaurants. The neighberhood is very quiet but distant from the towns and restaurants - a car is necessary. In short - beautiful place to stay with excelllent hospitality for someone looking for real Italian experience, far away from touristic chaos and crowded locations. Thank you!!

A very nice house in the middle of a natural park, a little piece of paradise. Pietro welcomed us wonderfully and gave us some corners undeniably etched in our minds, young and old.

Had a great holiday. Host was very accessible and even gave us an attention because we were there with Easter Sunday our last day. Very large and beautiful house, everything on and off. Clean, cozy, really everything we could wish for and even more. You need a car there for a shop, etc., but is completely worth it. 5 stars for the hostess Rosa and her family

We had the most incredible stay. We spent 3 days relaxing in the sun by the pool and enjoying the local town of Lioni after travelling consistently for a period. If you are looking for a beautiful place to spend time in the Italian countryside, this is it.

The experience at Casa Braida was simply extraordinary! Surrounded by an enchanting setting of greenery and history, the property offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The room is well cared for in detail, clean and tastefully furnished, the perfect environment for regenerating, a well cleaned bathroom, while the LED lights in the kitchen create an extremely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Michele's warm welcome made me feel at home. Always available and ready to provide tips on the best places to visit and restaurants to try, it made my stay even more special. The location is really strategic, ideal for exploring the area and moving even further away. If you're looking for a place to spend unforgettable moments, this is the perfect choice. I'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect.....highly recommended.....

Perfect in every way! Alessandro met us at the plaza near the apartment and spend about an hour helping us with our luggage, giving us a tour of the apartment and tips on where to find essential items locally. When we had a problem with the wifi he brought special tools and fixed the connection immediately. By the time we left we considered Alessandro a friend. And the apartment was the nicest and most affordable one we have ever rented on Airbnb. In addition to being a beautiful modern space, it was stocked with all of the essentials you would possibly need for cooking, bathing and laundry. While we enjoyed Rome, Naples, Ostuni and Matera, it was a treat to escape the crowds of tourists and enjoy a quiet, historic, southern Italian town. We could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Alessandro's apartment if you're planning to visit this part of Italy.

Every word would be superfluous to describe Marco's availability and kindness, a rare level of hospitality and when we needed it, he was immediately ready to help us, much more than he was in his duty. Not to mention the location, basically it's a simple country house, then you go out, sit at the table under the gazebo in the garden and it is here that you understand what is special about this place. You can enjoy a breathtaking view that on one side overlooks the valley that then leads to the nearby village of Corleto Perticara, on the other expanses of woods and mountains What can I say, if you're looking for some peace, a few days away from the daily stress, this is the place for you. We stayed for 10 days & it was amazing, breathtaking view, the apartment was so spacious, the garden was lovely, the host is super kind and helpful, overall we had an amazing time there. Everything you need is there, within 1 to 2 hours you can visit the whole south of italy such as puglia, pompeii, matera, maratea, ext. And it really felt like home. Would definitely recommend! :)

My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful weekend in this lovely country cottage and fell in love with the peace that inspires this location: the place is truly enchanting and is perfect for those who love to relax in nature and explore green areas. The location of the chalet is also convenient for getting to the most popular natural attractions of Basilicata and we recommend it as a base for lovers of hiking and country walks. Mr. Giuseppe welcomed us warmly upon our arrival and instructed us on everything we needed to know to fully enjoy the house, equipped with all the comforts. He was also super available for any of our needs and left us complimentary fruits and chestnuts from his family farm (very welcome gift!) 🌰🍊🪵 Impeccable cleanliness and easy accessibility to the property, with the possibility of parking inside.
