Waterfront holiday rentals in Positano Spiaggia

If I could give this airbnb and the wonderful hosts a 10 out of 5 stars, I would. To say that we had the most amazing stay would be an understatement! Andrea and his family were really really really wonderful, warm, and accommodating hosts! They were super responsive and always went out of their way to make us feel at home. The home has been kept really clean and tidy. The view from our room and the balcony was insanely BEAUTIFUL. And the location of the place itself is also very accessible. The airbnb is right beside their duomo and is right at the center of the plaza. The ferry and the bus stop is a 3-4mins walk away as well. Among the many airbnbs that we’ve checked in to, this place and these hosts are definitely sitting on top of the list. Go and book this place now!!! Your only regret would be not choosing this place to stay in Amalfi. ;)

We couldn’t have picked a better Airbnb! This place was in the perfect location in Marina Grande near Ferries, Bus and Train Lift up to Capri Center. We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute. We people watched from the front porch with stunning views and glasses of wine! We got to cook simple breakfast in the mornings and explore all of Capri! Everything in the island is breathtaking! Just do Capri and make sure to visit quaint Ana Capri which is quiet and charming with tons of artisan shops with amazing food! Also if you stay just book this place! The washing machine made it so easy for us to keep our wardrobe clean. Bed was comfortable and was fantastic! Enjoy everyone!!!

At first, locating the actual house number/door was confusing. Then we were met by our hosts niece who walked us down the long staircase to the property door. It was quite difficult to carry luggage down the stairs, so pack as light as possible! The gated property is lush with beautiful plants, flowers and fruit trees. Then when you walk into the living room/kitchen and see the panoramic views from the massive windows, it takes your breath away! The patio space, the garden, the sea views, the town views, yet total seclusion…beyond our imagination. Be prepared- we had lots of mosquitoes in May. It didn’t stop us, just get spray. My daughter’s boyfriend had a plan to propose marriage on the beach, but this patio view beat any other location so he did it here!! I literally cried when we left. Breathtaking On top of the views, the home is very comfortable. Giuliana had a large assortment of breakfast items & espresso for us, which lasted most of our stay. She & her family were just great!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to any questions. He gave us a heads up with a taxi strike happening on the day of our arrival to prepare us. He gave us specific instructions on how to get to his place from the airport utilizing the Allibus. He was flexible with our check-in/check-out. He also had snacks for us upon arrival. We stayed in 3 separate Airbnbs on our trip and we got the best sleep here. The place was beautiful and great location. His home had such character and matched the pictures. You felt the historical charm yet the bathrooms had a modern feel with large walk-in showers with great water pressure. The seaside was right at the corner with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores all within just a minute or two walking distance. This was our favorite stop of our trip. We had a very lovely stay at this apartment - the host was welcoming and patient because we arrived a bit late for our check-in on the first night. They gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling rosé along with some delicious biscuits, which was a really nice touch as well. The apartment is very beautiful, and we especially loved the balcony and living room area, with fabulous views of the coastline. You don't get a full sunset, as the sun sets behind the mountains, but it is still nice and for most of the evening the balcony is a sun trap. The were nice views, but the beach opposite the flat seemed a little bit dirty to be honest. But there are loads of beautiful beaches around the Amalfi Coast, and this apartment is well situated to explore places nearby. My only other critique is that we weren't shown how to use the air con units on arrival, so the apartment was very hot at night, and too noisy to open windows due to the busy main road. Other than that - really enjoyed!

Where do I start. The host was extremely helpful throughout our 5 day visit. The location is perfect especially if you want to be away from the crowds but close enough to get to popular locations. There was a marina, restaurants, gelato bars, sandwich shop, and several beach locations in walking distance. The space was perfect for our family. We each got our own bed and enough space to relax. Bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a washing machine and hanger to dry close. The view was picture perfect. We definitely recommend staying at this location! We will be back! Thank you!

Tonino’s place is chef’s kiss Sorrento living. The apartment was spotless, roomy enough for our little crew of 3 girls to spread out, and the postcard-worthy marina views had us uploading on social media faster than the Wi-fi could keep up. Beds were cloud-level comfy and AC was a literal lifesaver. Tonino himself deserves a standing ovation- he provided a curated hit list of local restaurants and assisted with taxis. We basically just showed up and ate pasta. A couple of FYIs so you’re not surprised: The apartment sits down by the water, so you’ll need to ride the public lift (€1/pp) to reach town. It’s quick and kinda of fun, but factor it in. Getting into central Sorrento requires a short taxi ride (worth every euro after a limoncello or three) This apartment is a perfect setup for a small fam or group who wants serenity by the sea. Would book again in a heartbeat. Grazie, Tonino!

Maria is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful. The house is equipped with everything you need, the outdoor space is very pleasant and functional for returning from the sea. The location is very convenient, very close to the sea (on foot), the bus stop, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!

A superb accommodation with a magnificent sea view. The beach is a few minutes away and the parking is a real plus. Melania was super nice and recommended good places nearby. The location is perfect for visiting the Amalfi Coast. It was a wonderful trip. Thank you, Melania, and see you next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Ramona’s place. It’s very well located in the middle of everything and super quiet.! The apartment is recently renovated and felt like home. The rooftop has a wonderful view and is a great place to chill. Ramona was exceptionally helpful and responsive to all our queries. She recommended wonderful restaurants and always made sure we would have the best available table. I would highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

Enrico’s place was perfect for my wife and I. Not too much of a walk up stairs, close enough to restaurants, a market and a bus stop to get into the city center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our contract Francesco was able to help us with setting up a cooking class, a private boat trip along the coast and transfers from Sorrento as well as to the airport on the day we were leaving. They were very responsive and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. We loved our stay in Positano and highly recommend staying at Enrico’s apartment. The terrace view was beautiful and relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home and thank you for all your help in making our trip memorable.

Great place, close to the water and dock. The island was affordable, people were great and we wish we would've stayed longer. The host was amazing and we had a great trip!

My sister and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Natale’s place. It was like being in a painting or a movie. The view from the terrace was stunning, and the house was well-maintained and authentic. We loved the large, arched wooden doors and windows through which we could see the sky, sea and flowers from inside. The house was spotless. The tile floors gleamed. We dined out, so we used the kitchen only for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. The location near the Chiesa Nuova was perfect for us. It was a nice neighborhood. The house is about 100 stairs from two markets, the bar internationale and a couple of restaurants. Descending more stairs takes you to the heart of Positano where there are many shops and restaurants. Descending even more stairs takes you to the beaches. Women in our early 70s, we managed fine. Our host Natale and his on-site representative, Maria, were welcoming, responsive, and helpful in every way. Thank you for a memorable experience!

My family and I absolutely adored this listing! We opted to stay in for dinner one night just to spend more time on the terrace. It has a beautiful view, and everything we needed was provided! Francesco and his team went above and beyond to meet our needs and help with transport set-up as well. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

Margherita was super friendly and helpful and let us drop our bags off early. We were able to check in by 1pm which was unexpected. Amazing location to the ferry port and restaurants. Would highly recommend

Great stay in Salerno! The hosts were very communicative and made check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The apartment itself was modern, stylish, and felt quite luxurious. It’s in a convenient location—close to the beach, port, airport, and with great transport links nearby. However, even with the location, the apartment was still private and not too much noise pollution around. Plenty of amenities within walking distance, and the hosts even helped arrange our transfer to the airport. Would happily stay here again!

This apartment was located in the nicest area, with the best view and great restaurants all around. Amazing view of the castle (the photos don’t do it justice). Gio was one of those hosts that goes the extra mile. She met us in person and had stocked the kitchen with all the essentials. Absolutely nothing could be improved, we loved it and we loved ischia.

I really dont know where to begin. Vito’s place was beautiful. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Vito was an amazing host. He was always available for help and questions. He also has a wealth of information regarding the Amalfi Coast and surrounding areas. We were ao thankful for all Vito did for us to make our stay in Salerno perfect. ❤️
