Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Positano Spiaggia

Beautiful beautiful stay in Positano. Hosts were responsive and welcoming, they met us upon check-in and check-out to ensure everything went smoothly and communicated prior to the trip to see if we needed transfers/ porters which was really appreciated. The view is absolute stunning and the balcony is even bigger and nicer in person. Right beside some of Positano’s best restaurants and a Vespa/ car rental within steps. Highly recommend this airb&b to anybody visiting Positano. Note, there are some steps up to get to the apartment so would not be suitable for persons needing accessibility otherwise BOOK IT, you definitely won’t be disappointed. Wow! This place is worth booking for the views alone. We spent hours just sitting on the huge patio and staring out at the mountains, town and water. Pictures don’t do it justice, and you have to see it in person. The apartment itself is also wonderful. Exactly as described with lots of space and very clean. Plus, Claudia and her family are so kind. They were very proactive and helpful anytime we had questions. Thank you! We hope to be back one day.

Gabriele was very attentive to anything we needed and the place was very clean, especially the bathroom. He also gave us plenty of recommendations of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, pastry shops, and gelato shops that were near the location. It was a great place for 2, but just beware (especially in the warmer months), it will get your legs burning and you will be breaking a sweat to get there. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Rosa del mare. The views from the spacious balcony are spectacular. Simone was a wonderful host. We used the recommended transportation from Simone and walked off the plane to a waiting driver who communicated our arrival time for a seamless checkin. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Simone, Pasquale, and Gianmario for a wonderful stay.

Hard to put into words what an incredible stay we had! Gabriele is an incredible host and was particularly helpful with helping us to coordinate transportation to and from the Airbnb- but he was also helpful in so many other ways! Such an amazing neighborhood guide. The Airbnb itself is exactly as described. Amazing views, clean and spacious, great location.

We will never forget our first trip to Italy and the views from this beautiful property will forever be imprinted in our memories. Raffaella’s place was amazing and would definitely stay again! The view was absolutely stunning and the room was very nice and clean, just what we needed. The location to meet for check in was a little confusing at first but we found her quickly. Rafaella’s brother was able to carry our luggage up and down when we came and left which was a huge help since there were so many stairs. Additionally and most importantly, my boyfriend proposed here on this beautiful balcony and I cannot thank Rafaella enough for everything she did to set up and prepare it for him. It was perfect !!

This is my second time staying at Giovanni’s and I have to say it is one of the best views in positano in my opinion. It is certainly a hike to get up to the property but if you’re in reasonable shape it is fine and the views make it worth it alone. Highly recommend to anybody interested in staying here!

Federica was a lovely host, communicated well and constantly provided guidance and assistance throughout our stay when needed. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment was close to the port but when the doors are closed you can't hear anything and and sleep well. Lovely place to stay.

Beautiful rental w/views that will make u delighted to b visiting. Kitchen & bath r gorgeous. Has 2 patios. 1 small & mostly private off the back facing the ocean flat on. The other is very large on side of home -also w/amazing views of ocean & town. entire coast is very congested w/homes stacked on top of homes & lots of stairs. Not a region if mobility issues. Praiano was much less chaotic & crowded than Positano or Amalfi so if u prefer to b away from it a bit, this home is between both towns. Bus stop is nearby just down the hill. If $ isn’t a concern, we prefer grabbing a taxi next to the bus stand into positano at 50 euro. (Bus is 2.50/ea) We did take bus once home from Amalfi but it was packed, standing room only & decided we prefer to pay more 4 taxi than take bus again. Anna suggested ferry from positano to amalfi & that was fab. Not much nearby so stock up on your way. Anna was so generous to leave fruit 4 us. Great place to relax. Beaches in praiano r not nice & insane hike

Luigi war super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat eine wundervolle Aussicht und man kommt schnell zu Fuß überall hin. Wenn wir nochmal nach Neapel kommen, werde wir gerne wieder bei Luigi wohnen.

Regina is a great host and has a beautiful room. It comes equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was a huge plus. The location was great and very walkable, although we did struggle to find the place despite the directions. We walked to Posides and messages, Regina walked to meet us and was very nice! View from the balcony is amazing.

The perfect place to stay in Positano! The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has an immaculate view of the coast. In my opinion, it was the perfect distance to the beach and central square (about 10 minutes) and in walking distance to many lovely restaurants, not to mention the shop right downstairs which was a really convenient place to get food when not going to a restaurant (I highly recommend their lemon sorbet). Claudio was extremely communicative, offered to assist me with anything I needed, and provided perfect recommendations for my stay. If I'm lucky enough to be back in Positano, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

O apartamento é perfeito. Em nenhum lugar eu me senti tão em casa. A vista é divina e o terraço soberbo. Ainda, fica a 50 metros do porto e 50 metros da praça principal. O Maximo é um autêntico cavalheiro e foi extremamente prestativo e gentil. Impecável em tudo. Parabéns.

I had a very convenient and pleasant stay in Positano, thanks to Emanuele’s quick responses and smooth communication via Whats app. The terrace offers an amazing view of the sea, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. I would love to stay at Casa Baker again the next time I visit!

Federico’s place was perfect. And Federico went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable at his place. He was always responsive and always willing to make sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us tips for the town and his favorite restaurants. Highly highly recommend this spot to anyone in the area and Federico was truly the best host ever. Location and views made it even more worthwhile. Would go back and stay here again every time.

Fabulous place to stay. Quiet and peaceful but great location, close to station and the old town. Spotlessly clean and well furnished. Spectacular view from the end of the garden.

This place is so incredible! The views are amazing, the hosts are super friendly and helpful, and the house was stocked with a lot of extras. Bring good shoes because there are lots of stairs, but the views at the top are worth it!

The place was great. As mentioned by everyone, it's right by the Path of the Gods hike. Rita was an amazing host. She was very helpful with the recommendations, guiding us for the hike (how to get back and everything). The room was as described and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay in Positano! This place is up the hill quite a bit if you arrive from the marina but that’s where all the good views are! Porters or taxis available to take you to the top but we walked up with our luggage. Restaurants and a small market type store close by if you need to buy things. The stay was fantastic, had everything we needed and accurately described. It was nice to have a small washer to do laundry on our journey and air dried everything on a rack outside. Good communication.

Anna was an amazing host! She met us as we arrived and even helped carry our luggage down from the road to the apartment. She was super responsive and helpful with recommendations, including setting up a private transfer for us to and from the Naples train station. The view is STUNNING, but you will have to walk up a lot of steps. It took my husband and I about 6 minutes to walk up/down all the steps to/from the main road, but we didn’t mind at all. As long as you don’t mind walking or going up steps, then you should definitely book this place!

Nos encantó parar en esta propiedad, la sensación es como la de estar en un barco. Hermoso dormir con el ruido del mar golpeando el muro. Lo más increíble era despertarnos a la mañana y poder hacernos un baño en el mar con el vesubio como vista. VOLVERÍA MIL VECES. El anfitrión excelente contestaba rapidísimo y siempre estaba dispuesto a darnos su ayuda. Muchas gracias!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect - we loved that Sant'Agnello still had lots of local restaurants, beaches and activities within walking distance, including those in Sorrento, but was just outside of the busiest areas! Would highly recommend this apartment!
