Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Positano Spiaggia

We three 70+ year olds absolutely loved Barbara's place and would definitely stay there again. I could actually live there. It was spotlessly clean with a beautiful view. The restaurant just a few steps away that Barbara recommended was great...ate there three times. Barbara was very responsive and even provided some snacks and American coffee, which is hard to find. The location is high up and peaceful. It took us a couple of days to feel comfortable getting down and locating bus to bring us back up, but we did it.

I enjoyed my stay at this home. The host and her father were such gracious hosts, her father lives nearby and checked in on me to make sure I had what I needed, even bringing me figs and walnuts from his garden. They apartment is spacious and comfortable for 4. Kitchen is wellstocked.

Alessandra’s villa is gorgeous! The view was phenomenal and the place very clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend. Love to come back sometime. There is obviously lots of stairs to go anywhere in the area so might want to consider that when booking. Thank you Alessandra!

This was our second time renting an airbnb in Positano. It was absolute perfection. We knew ahead of time what to expect with the steep climbing, and we asked our host to arrange for porters for our luggage. She was very accommodating and it was a breeze with arrival and departure. Do yourself a favor and REQUEST PORTERS FOR LUGGAGE! The property is very close to local markets, however we did not want to lug heavy water and we made arrangements ahead of time to have our host provide bottles of water, and they were waiting for us. Communication was excellent and the property is exactly like the photos. The garden is beautiful with kumquat and lemon trees. Having a washing machine with drying rack in the sun made it easier for us to pack light. We highly recommend this listing.

We had an amazing few days. The views were incredible. Francesca was so friendly and flexible when we ended up arriving later than expected. The apartment was very clean and had lots of outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the view. The garden was delightful.

The villa was really nice and spacious. Best part was the most incredible views of Capri and the water. Caterina was amazing, she was always checking in and helping us book whatever we needed. She went above and beyond in taking care of us and ensuring we enjoy our trip. Only thing I would caution is that the villa has a lot of stairs, so be prepared to do lots of stairs during your stay! Overall highly recommend and would book again!

Lovely unit, Chiara and her father were super welcoming and kind, her father helped us finding the best restaurant. Everything is perfect! It's only 2 mins away from the entrance of path of the gods. Highly recommend!! The unit is cozy and very beautifully designed, we really enjoyed the stay!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

Would recommend staying here! Spacious apartment, very clean, and a helpful host. We needed new towels and additional laundry soap on our fourth day, and they brought it within 30 minutes of requesting. The patio had a nice view of the town and water. Items to note - slow wifi, don't count on doing work/definitely no video calls and bring earplugs, footsteps overhead were heard some mornings around 6:15am.

Absolutely loved Martina’s condo. It was in a perfect location! Just steps away from Piazza Tasso, the heart of historic Sorrento. The condo is right in the middle of the vibrant life the city has to offer. Martina was incredibly attentive, communicative and responsive throughout my stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. She also made helpful recommendations that really added to my experience. I highly recommend this place for a single traveler or a couple looking to soak in the charm of Sorrento with the support of a wonderful host.

Valerio’s place was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was the little extras like the snacks and even a bottle of wine, not to mention recommendations for restaurants and things to do! Overall, it was a great stay.

The location was great and Eva meet us. The treats, milk and juice left was really appreciated. Our grandsons enjoyed the foosball was great. It was great having a washing machine. The traffic noise was noticeable. Thank you from the Campbell family

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Luigi’s! We enjoyed hearing about the history of his home and neighborhood. He was more than just welcoming making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is homey and extremely clean, especially for such an old historical building. The location was perfect. It was near restaurants and interesting shops but also away from the busy touristy areas. Everything was within walking distance including the train station and ferry. If we are ever lucky enough to get back to Salerno, we would stay here again.

Their hospitality truly made our trip special, and the place itself was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm. We felt like we were staying with friends. Centrally located sweet and cozy apartment. 5 minutes walk to the one of the main Metro station. Beautiful, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, and many more nice, useful touches. Luigi and Silvia are great, very warm people, they were constantly stayed in touch and promptly responded to all questions and requests. My stay at Luigi and Silvia's place were was pleasant and comfortable. Thank you so much, guys, for all your help and support!

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Simply put, this place is MAGICAL. From the moment we checked in, everything—from the villa’s thoughtful amenities and extras, to the breathtaking views and seamless transportation around the island—was exceptional. The villa itself exceeded every expectation, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was getting to know Bruna. There’s truly no one like her—always ready to help, always making things easier and more enjoyable. In just four days, she felt like family. Capri will always hold a special place in our hearts, and we will definitely be back!

From the first time we opened the gates to the property our breath was taken away with the perfect view of mountains and sea. The added benefit of the use of Hotel amenities were unexpected and most enjoyable. Our host , Claudia was very friendly, responsive and went beyond was is typically expected and was well connected to local restaurateur’s and services. We loved our stay! Silva and Francesco were the perfect host. The house was equipped with everything we needed! They provided us with ideas and arrangements for our day trips during our stay!

A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location. The villa has character and the log fire is a great focal point. Outdoor spaces for eating and chatting. A few minutes drive further up the hill is an amazing viewing point with restaurant. Marina is helpful, responsive and friendly.

This is the second time my family and I stayed at your place and we love it there! We feel very at home and Giovanna is always so helpful with anything we need! We love the size of the place and can have family dinners there and enjoy the beautiful patio and view! We also love the location - it is withing walking distances of the train station, stores and restaurants! We look forward to coming back again next year!

Truly beautiful and very homely. Even though we arrived much later than planned, Luca and Carlo were very understanding. Gorgeous pool, lots of useful items to make our stay easy, such as beach towels and coffee. Definitely call into the supermarket on the way. We went to Grand été near Pompeii which was ideal. The mountain pass on the way to the house is pretty hairy but the remote setting for the house is breathtaking. We also enjoyed the meatball festival during our holidays. Our family of 5 had the most wonderful stay in Marina’s home! She is a fantastic host and her recommendations were all highlights of our trip. The terrace view is breathtaking and made it so hard to leave! We hope to be back… Thank you, Marina!
