Die Unterkunft ist super! Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

We enjoy every minute we stay at Martas place. It was such a needed escape from the busy touristy like places around Como. The pool on the premise was just a dream for my kids, the view is uncanny. Thanks Marta for this lovely stay. We will be back !

Had a short two night stay at Alexsandras apartment. She was really friendly and informative, and her lovely parents met us on arrival. The view of Lake Iseo is stunning, and as we arrived late, she recommended a really good pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk away. The space is spotless and has a great kitchen. As is usual in Italy, there's no microwave. Italians like their food fresh! You definitely need a small car to get there, but that's why they invited a Fiat 500! Getting there is along very tight streets, and very steep roads, so a small car is essential, but that adds to the charm. Really good spot!

First of all the location is amazing, the property was great, swimming pool and view was unreal, looking over the whole lake and all mountains. Fabio and Marta were such amazing hosts went out their way to help us get to the air bnb location, provided us with any need outside of regular requests, answered the calls and texts at all times and were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the end, Thank you for making this an amazing visit we will make sure to come back. Een zeer mooi huis op een geweldige plek met fantastisch uitzicht over het Comomeer! Het huis en het zwembad zijn prachtig en alles is nieuw en schoon. Charlotte is een zeer fijne host die altijd bereikbaar is en klaar voor je staat.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Innocenta and Fabio’s sparkling, spacious apartment was the perfect base for a wonderful stay in Varenna on Lake Como. The apartment itself is beautiful with everything we needed - a great bathroom, abundance of towels, shampoo etc and a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless and the attention to detail was amazing. Innocenta and Fabio provided a lot of food and snacks and a delicious apperitivo and nibbles to welcome us. The apartment has a garden for the use of guests with lovely outdoor furniture and a panoramic view of Lake Como. To make this place even more wonderful, Innocenta and Fabio made such an effort to help and advise us - their friendly hospitality added so much value to our experience. Thank you for your kindness and for making our stay so memorable.

Nous avons passés une semaine, début du mois de janvier, dans le chalet et c’était très confortable malgré les températures extérieures négatives. Les multiples points de chaleur (poêle à pellets, feu ouvert et radiateur) nous ont permis d’être parfaitement en confort et nous avions toujours du bois et du pellets en suffisance, mis à disposition. Notre hôte a été adorable et bienveillant. Le chalet était très propre ainsi que les draps et essuies disponibles ☺️ Le chalet est situé dans un endroit magnifique, très calme et avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La région est très charmante, beaucoup de randos possible et de restaurants à tester. Je recommande aussi un passage à l’office du tourisme de Teglio, où nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés. Des vacances parfaites ! Rien à redire 😌 une grand grand merci !

La casa è un gioiellino, ma se possibile il paese e i dintorni ancor di più. Noi due e i nostri amici pelosetti ci siamo innamorati dell’aria che si respira, un posto incastonato nel tempo ma allo stesso tempo a un passo da tutto. La valmalenco e le sue montagne sono un posto mozzafiato che rimane nel cuore! Anche per i cani è un alloggio super indicato in quanto non manca spazio interno ed esterno. Compaesani simpatici e amichevoli. Lo adorerete!

Vacanza al di sopra delle aspettative. La casa è essenziale, ma con tutto ciò che occorre, pulitissima e accogliente. Il boiler a legna è stata una bella e intereressante scoperta. La mancanza di corrente elettrica, supplita dal fotovoltaico, non è stata un problema, come pure abbiamo molto apprezzato l'assenza del televisore. Un po' meno, da parte delle signore, l'impossibilità di usare l'asciugacapelli....ma, tranqulli, sembra che dall'anno prossimo arrivi la 220 (purtroppo!). Enzo e la moglie sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili come pure la co-host Michela. I dintorni sono bellissimi e permettono escursioni su montagne incontaminate. Non distante da casa segnalo La Posteria Baitel, dove è possibile mangiare piatti tipici locali, essere accolti dalla simpaticissima Lollo e fare amicizia con i valligiani che sono estremamente cordiali.

Ottima esperienza. La casa si presenta con una zona living con vetrate per una vista invidiabile. Posizione comoda anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli, vicino a molti punti di interesse, non mancano ristoranti e pub. Host molto cortesi e disponibili, ci hanno fornito con precisione tutte le info richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

La casa è bellissima e accanto ad un agriturismo quindi comoda nel caso non si voglia cucinare. Non è in centro paese ma a noi piace cosi, la casa è a metà strada tra il paese e gli impianti di risalita con una bella vista e comoda per tutto, relax e pace. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve.

Absolute Begeisterung. I have fallen in love, das Haus ist eine Wucht. Andri hat den Umbau bis ins Detail sorgfältig geplant und nicht an nichts gespart. Ein Privileg, dass Andri sein Haus vermietet. Ich hoffe, er wird dies noch lange tun. Die Materialien, die Architektur, die Möblierung, alles vom Feinsten. Sogar die Sauna ist durchdesignt. Alles ist so schön wie abgebildet. Dazu die Historie des Hauses in diesem wunderschönen Dorf. Andri und seine Eltern sind äusserst sympathisch, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir, unsere Söhne und deren FreundInnen, die dabei waren, waren alle begeistert und haben es sehr geschätzt, so schön zu wohnen. Die Schneeverhältnisse in Scuol waren anfangs März trotz hohen Tagestemperaturen noch sehr gut, sogar die Traumpiste nach Sent. Man kann mit dem Auto ins nahe gelegene Ftan fahren, wo man Zugang zum gesamten Skigebiet hat. Herzlichen Dank an Andri und seine Eltern. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in Federicos gepflegtem Haus und Umgebung verbracht. Uns gefiel die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft und der Blick in die Berge sehr. Besonders schön war es, den Morgenkaffee in den ersten Sonnenstrahlen am Haus im wunderschönen Garten zu genießen oder am späteren Nachmittag etwas Lesezeit auf den Liegestühlen in der Sonne unter den Palmen zu verbringen. Toll ist auch der helle und gemütliche Wintergarten für alle Mahlzeiten. Federico ist ein warmherziger Gastgeber und stets erreichbar bei Fragen oder für Absprachen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Rundum super! Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Abseits vom Touritrubel gelegen, mit Blick auf die Berge und einigen Wandermöglichlriten.

Wer sich Natur und Ruhe wünscht und ein eigenes Auto hat wird diese Unterkunft absolut zu schätzen wissen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Keine Touristenmassen, kein Lärm. Wie leicht es wäre mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel hier klar zu kommen haben wir zwar nicht ausprobiert, stellen wir uns aber nicht so leicht vor. Das Auto konnte unweit von der Unterkunft geparkt werden (300 Meter ca.). Die Stadt Como ist 1,5h und der nördliche Tei vom Comosee 30min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, mega sauber, es ist zum Kochen alles da was man braucht. Bett bequem, Bad angenehm. Internet reicht für Privatnutzung. Giovanni ist sehr nett und auch wenn er keinen Englisch spricht, ist er sehr einfallsreich. Viele Anweisungen waren bereits schriftlich vorbereitet gewesen und als er uns empfangen hat, hat er Google Translate auf seinem Handy verwendet, damit wir miteinander kommunizieren können. Es ist sogar ein kleines Kinderspielplatz gegenüber von der Bushaltestelle. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Räume großzügig und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren hier 4 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen.

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison de Cristina et Mauro. Comme déjà mentionné à plusieurs reprises dans les commentaires la vue depuis la terrasse est à coupé le souffle ! Quel bonheur de se réveiller chaque matin avec ce spectacle différent chaque jour... Et que dire sur cette maison magnifique, pleine de charme tout en restant fonctionnelle, nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Une chose est sûre vous ne voudrez plus jamais repartir de ce paradis ! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr. Encore merci à tous les deux et à très bientôt !

Das Haus ist sehr schön saniert. Der Ausbau ist sehr modern, stylisch und hochwertig. Insbesondere die Badezimmer und Austattung sind hervorragend. Alles was man braucht und dies mit Ruhe und Aussicht. Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, Ausflüge und Sehenwürdigkeiten. Direkt am Bahnhof und zufuss erreichbar. Einzig beim Weg zum Haus ist Vorsicht geboten, da direkt der Strasse entlang. Grosszügige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer und Terrasse vorhanden. Sehr empfehlenswert👍

They say that Bellagio is the jewel of lake como , i believe its Where you stay and also the host , I have been in different places with different and marvelous location but nothing comparable with a place that you feel comfortable in during your stay,and what even makes your stay beyond expectations is the host and i believe Deborah did really made things lovely and easy specially for someone that is not familiar with local customs or the location Simply one of the most beautiful experiences i’v ever had and strongly recommend the place as the photos does not do justice to the place trust me
