I think it's one of the best places I've stayed in. They will not find any surprises. The place is just like the photos. It is right outside the subway (but not noisy). The room is very nice and very comfortable. Although on the map you can see a little far from the center of Bilbao, it is actually 20 minutes away by metro. If they could get more stars it would give it 100000 stars.
