Holiday rentals with beach access in Portsmouth

This is one of the most wonderful set-up airbnbs I've stayed at. Joyce thoughtfully provides all of the key items needed, plus extra fun amenities such as local magazines and well-chosen books for the location. A very clean apartment, with a lovely view of the marsh and walking distance to the beach. Joyce was proactive to check-in with us to make sure we had what we needed.

Beautiful location just outside of Portland. Host was very nice and communicative, would recommend staying there!

The Gilbert was exactly what we wanted and needed. We were attending a wedding at The Beauport and we were perfectly placed. A quick 4-5 minute walk. Jamie and Joe were wonderful hosts. They prepare you with thoroughly instructions on where to park, check in instructions, and any other bits of helpful information you might need. Communication was great! The Gilbert is placed in a central location making exploring on foot an easy option. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rebook if we come to Gloucester again.

Only positive comments, everything was perfect. Location was superb as well as living accommodations.

The place was beautiful and was a perfect fit for two couples and a toddler. Everything was within walking distance and the host had a nice binder full of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The host was extremely friendly. She responded quickly to every question and offered us a few grocery items she had extra of. We will book with Bev again.!

It was great staying at Elizabeth's place! Very clean Airbnb nestled in Hampton. Short 15 minute drive to get to Phillips Exeter for parents or alumni visiting. Very comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with all the amenities you could need including soap, body wash, conditioner, and towels. Would definitely stay here again when I am in the area! Elizabeth was very responsive. She helped me out during a freak blackout that occurred even though she was all the way in California at the time. I really appreciate her help!

Such a relaxing stay! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights, and we found the location perfect for what we were looking for. Close to many yummy restaurants in Alton Bay and Wolfeboro (5-15 minutes). About 30 minutes from Weirs Beach . The road that Tony and Sonja live on is very quiet. We took a beautiful walk around the neighborhood with a view of Lake Winni. The Airbnb itself is beautiful. Very clean and well equipped. It's right above the garage and up a small flight of stairs. We can't wait to come back one day!

This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first! The home is spotless, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. It has such a cozy, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. I truly appreciate how consistent the experience has been, and Kathy continues to be kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at York on the Rocks. The view is absolutely incredible. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Roberta was very responsive and even came out to help when we were having WiFi connection issues and resolved the issue immediately. Off the boat lobsters were delicious. We would 10/10 recommend this place. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. An absolute gem! Incredible house in a gorgeous location… an ideal retreat!! Enjoyed a 5 day family reunion here and it was perfect…. Could spend time catching up, laughing with each other in common areas or while at other times, each could enjoy time in their own space. So many areas to use together or separately and so much to do on the property, or just a short drive to sights, amenities and shopping. Could easily have stayed longer and this would be fantastic for a couples getaway or a family vacation! Jason and Yvonne were so helpful and easy to communicate with, and we felt right at home from the time we made the booking. Truly a 5 star experience!! Thank you!

We cannot praise Mimi and Manny highly enough. The place was beautiful, with every amenity needed to feel at home. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and charming. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was spacious, clean, easy to find, easy to check in, and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the front porch. We stayed for three nights, and our every need was met. Highly recommend both the place, and the hosts, for anyone needing to stay in the area.

My stay at the Marsh-Mellow, hosted by MaryJane, was phenomenal. From check-in to check-out, the process was simple as MaryJane had clear, detailed instructions on how to enter as well as great recommendations on what to do in the area. I have no hesitation when I recommend this space as your next getaway trip. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our stay! Christina’s condo was comfortable, peaceful and perfectly located. We were walkable to the entire downtown area, museums, the concert venue, walking paths, shopping and restaurants. But the best thing was sitting outside on our private deck overlooking the harbor, with Motif #1 just across the inlet. We almost didn’t want to leave the condo…so gorgeous! And Christina is lovely, making sure we were okay, had everything we needed, so responsive. After the condo coffeemaker stopped working, she kindly offered a gift card to a nearby coffee shop, and before night fell, a new coffeemaker was delivered to the condo! Such a thoughtful host… we will be back!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

I enjoyed my stay. The location is great - just beyond the main beach traffic but close enough to enjoy all the shops/restaurants. Loved being able to see the ocean from bed and watching the sunrise from the apartment/balcony.
