Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Portslade, Brighton and Hove

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

Lovely, clean and well equipped house in perfect location in Brighton close to all the restaurants and shops. Communication with Joe was great and really appreciated the possibility to check in early to drop off our bags as we were traveling from all directions. Great stay and would recommend!

We had such a great stay at the coach house! Helen was a brilliant host, was very responsive to messages and so helpful. We were allowed a late check out which was fantastic and much appreciated. The house itself was beautiful and the furnishings were lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and the private parking space was great. The local pub recommendations were a must and getting into Brighton and Hove was very easy with the local bus stop being a 2 min walk from the front door! All in all a brilliant stay - would highly recommend! Thank you :)

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had an excellent stay at Allan's place. The location is in a quiet pristine neighborhood. Short 1/2-mile downhill walk to seaside, restaurants, and train station. The pictures on the listing site are great, and the place is actually much better than the pictures show. We will definitely try to book this place the next time we are in Brighton. Jo was a great host so friendly and very welcoming , Jo even sent useful videos of how to find the house . The house was beautiful so spacious and comfortable with beautiful gardens . The kitchen was so well equipped there was everything I needed to cook a birthday dinner for my mum . The info folders at the house were great and answered any questions we had . We really enjoyed our stay from start to finish .

Fantastic location, property and host. We lived the whole place, especially the comfy beds and beautiful outside space. Really close to Church Road with lots of options for eating out etc. we would definitely stay here again. Thanks a million Julie.

I had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. It’s a lovely, comfortable one-bedroom flat on a quiet street in a charming part of West Hove, just a short walk from regular buses into central Brighton. The flat had everything I needed for a relaxing break, and it was a real bonus getting to spend time with Aston the cat—very sweet and friendly company! Sarah was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I’d happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside escape.

Loved staying in this flat. An extra large garden flat which was lovely and spacious but very homely. It was modern, clean and clearly well looked after. The hosts were helpful and always responsive. it was close to restaurants, local supermarkets and the seafront. would definitely stay again.

Lovely basement apartment, very stylishly decorated. Well equipped and in a great location close to all the amenities in fabulous Kemptown. Good communication with the host and all as described. Would definitely book again.

Had a lovely stay at Judith‘s annexe. Comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette and convenient parking right outside the door. Judith’s a very attentive host. She greeted me in person and kindly accepted deliveries for me. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

Eleanor and the property were fantastic! We had to alter the reservation due to scheduling changes and Eleanor was incredibly accommodating. The residence itself was exactly as described, and if ever back in Brighton would gladly stay again.

We came for only a night but could have easily stayed longer. Beautiful location and immaculate home. We loved the view over the garden while having our morning coffee. Local pub- Blackboys Inn, is very good. A short drive, which we did due to weather, or a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this property.

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

Sarah’s flat was welcoming, immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We were encouraged to use all the toiletries and whatever else we needed. Sarah had left breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and a surprise bottle of bubbles too! There was a comprehensive handbook to guide us through our stay containing local eateries and recommendations for days out. Rather than just a place to stay Sarah’s flat was an absolute treat, highly recommended.

Second stay at Adrian's at this address, the accommodation is impeccable near the center while being quiet. Good responsiveness from Adrian. There is the necessary basics (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil) and a good refrigerator. Shops are within 10 minutes. I recommend this neat accommodation.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely lovely apartment, clean, very comfy bed, really peaceful, having a parking space was so important to us, lots of resturants nearby and not far to walk to the seafront. Hosts were so friendly and always available if any questions were asked. Would highly recommend. Will return when visiting Brighton again!
