All we can do is echo all the other reviews. Paul is an ideal host, with a lovely spotless, well equipped flat, with personal offroad parking. In a great area of Musselburgh with river views, yet 2 minutes walk from shops & restaurants , and buses to Edinburgh. More importantly to us, around the corner from my elderly Godmother. We would definitely recommend, and will be rebooking.

This place is simply amazing. It’s really close to the Royal Mile and other great spots in the city. But the best thing about this place were those amazing views 😍 While sitting on the couch, you can enjoy a stunning view over Arthur’s Seat. The window looks like a frame of art. We would recommend this place to everybody we know who is planning to visit Edinburgh. The apartment had everything you need after a long day of exploring the city. The beds were comfy and the whole apartment was cozy and well cleaned. Thank you for having us. We would definitely book this spot again next time we visit Edinburgh.

What a wonderful hidden gem. This unit is thoughtfully designed and furnished and impeccably maintained. Everything is so well thought out to make the compact space super efficient. The location is excellent for visiting Edinburgh. Leith Walk is close enough to the old city and served by the wonderful and super efficient tram that also can take one directly to the airport or train station yet has numerous restaurants and coffee shops very close by. Our host was wonderful. When she learned of our schedule, she proactively offered early check-in so we wouldn’t have to store our luggage during our first day. I would very highly recommend this unit.

The apartment was just what we wanted - a clean place to stay within walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, and attractions. On top of that - there’s a castle out the kitchen window! Stunning location. Really unique opportunity!

Great location outside the city center. Easy to access the city center by bus just a few minutes walk from the airport bnb. Great bed and space for our stay. We appreciated the welcome treats and drinks in the fridge!

Our stay in Radek’s apartmrnt was lovely, the apartment is very cosy and we instantly felt like at home. The apartment was both close to the shore and main city attractions. The transport with tram was very easy and comfortable. Radek was very kind and helpful. We certainly recommend!.

I loved my stay at the apartment in Edinburgh. Absolutely no notes. It was perfect. It appeared to be recently renovated and professionally decorated. Bed was comfy and linens and towels were high quality. Communication with Naz was the best I've had with any host. Her responses were very prompt. Check in and check out were a breeze. Honestly, I was so sad to leave and go back to reality. Thank you Naz! I hope to be back someday.

Great, quiet spot! As the description says, it’s a bit of a walk from the tram and bus stops, mostly up hill. It was lovely to go back to a quiet, cozy space after long days of exploring!

Absolutely loved this flat. It was large and well curated. Had everything you could need and then some. Made us want to move right in… permanently!

This place is fabulous. It was a bit hard to find the exact apartment, lol. But once you find it you feel like you are home. The view of the castle from bed is just as pictures show. Wish the windows had screens so flies didn’t come in. It was warm and I needed the breeze all the windows provided. Elizabeth was very responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Matthew’s apartment in Edinburgh, 20 mins walking from Holyrood park and palace, 25 to 30 mins walking from central Edinburgh. Lovely quiet location with amazing views of Arthur’s seat. The apartment was lovely fresh and clean completely as described. Matthew was very friendly and helpful also quick with any communication. We both had a lovely time and would recommend Matthew as a great host.

Perfect place for a stay in Edinburgh. Walkable location from the train station and to all the major attractions. Lovely apartment. Very quiet despite being so close to the city sites. Veronique lives nearby and was very friendly, kind and helpful. The apartment was well-supplied with fresh items, and not with leftovers from previous renters. So nice upon arrival to see fresh milk, butter, eggs, bread, juice, yogurt, and a full supply of condiments. Just a great place to stay. Highly recommended. Two nearby restaurants we'd recommend are an Italian restaurant called Amerone, and a French one called Chez Jules. Both excellent and reasonably priced. Busy, so booking ahead is recommended. We used a private driving service, LR Executive, for a day trip out to the highlands. Very expensive, but it was a great way to see the area and do some hiking. They allowed us to plan our own journey and stops. Ask for Andy--a great guide and driver.

Ricky’s flat was the perfect landing spot for us in Leith. Easy access to the tram, buses, totally convenient. Loved our visit the Cooperage and would book again. Wish the weather had been better, but that’s our luck! Thank you, Ricky!

Ann’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major attractions , with a stunning view of the castle. The amenities provided allowed for a comfortable stay.

A beautiful and spacious apartment. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Very impressive views. It was very easy to get a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. We really appreciated and highly recommend the jacuzzi bath after running the Edinburgh Marathon!! Bulhar was great with communication. Also some extra touches were really appreciated - shampoos,conditioner and shower gel and other toiletries available to use in the bathroom. Also some soft drinks and teas and coffees available as well, which was very generous. Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment.

A truly stunning little piece of paradise. So peaceful, homely and relaxing. We had an amazing time as a family of four with a young child and a baby. We especially enjoyed exploring and playing in the absolutely gorgeous outdoor space. Matt is so genuine, friendly and welcoming. Would really highly recommend a stay here, you’ll love it ❤️

We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our vacation in Scotland. The location was perfect for walking to all the best spots in Edinburgh. Michelle was the person I communicated with upon arrival, she was extremely helpful and very prompt in returning my texts. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The place was perfect for my family of 11 with spacious bedrooms. The facility is very well maintained with very good attention to detail. The host is also very accommodating. Location is in the middle of Edinburgh and Glassgow at a lovely little settlement in a beautiful country side. Would definitely stay here whenever I visit Scotland again.

Jamie made sure we were welcomed into the house and gave us hints and tips for the local area. There was a problem with the heating when we arrived (start of the season niggles) but he had a sparky and plumber on site immediately. The house is a great location and Elie is so chilled with great places to eat and central for day trips to other beautiful villages such as Crail and Anstruther. The main living area works so well with kitchen, dining table and lounge area all together plus enough comfy seating for 8 to 10 people (a major failing in many houses with 4 or 5 beds). We all loved our time there

Gillian was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. We had an amazing few days spending some quality time with family in this gorgeous apartment. The games room, hot tub and lovely garden were spot on. Highly recommend for a getaway
