Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Porto Torres

Wow!!! What an amazing stay! It was an incredible oasis (making you feel like you are out in the countryside), but you are actually within walking distance to town. Caterina was the best host that we have ever stayed with, and was so warm and friendly - we immediately felt so welcomed! Her daughter showed our daughter how to feed the goats and check the chicken eggs - what an incredible experience and memory. The home itself was clean and comfortable - we really felt at home. This house and property made our trip to Alghero one that we will never forget!

Nous avons passé un excellent court séjour chez Antonio. Le logement est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie confortable, et l’endroit très calme. Antonio a également eu de délicates attentions à notre égard. Je recommande vivement !

Its a perfect place in the middle of the town with lots of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed our stay here :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und hat einige Restaurants in der Nähe, welche gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Die zwei Balkone sind ein echtes Highlight und auch sonst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Chiara hatte viele tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir würden immer gerne wiederkommen :)

Unser Aufenthalt in Antonios Unterkunft war sehr erholsam. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Besonders der wunderschöne Außenbereich hat uns begeistert. Die Lage ist super, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Antonio ist ein äußerst gastfreundlicher Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Bars gegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige accommodatie van Valeria! Er is veel privacy en rust en de tuin is heerlijk groot en perfect onderhouden. Het huisje is compleet, ruim en heeft nagenoeg alles wat je nodig hebt (hooguit een vaatwasser was fijn geweest). De ligging is centraal en je kunt hiervandaan alle kanten op om leuke dingen te doen. De communicatie was erg prettig met Valeria en we komen graag terug als we weer op Sardinië zijn.

Appartement très bien situé au bord d'une petite plage public, il y a juste à descendre les escaliers et traverser la route pour être les pieds dans l'eau. Nécessaire cependant de prendre la voiture pour aller à quelques minutes à Porto Torres si vous voulez faire des courses, sinon il y a des restaurants et bars à proximité à pied. L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description, il est très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. Nous avons été ravi d'y séjourner quelques jours et avons notamment apprécié grandement la climatisation pour les nuits encore très chaudes début septembre. Bref nous recommandons cet appartement si vous voulez visiter la pointe nord de l'Ile, de Alghero à Castelsardo.

We had a fantastic 7 night stay at the apartment. The outdoor space is large, great space for yoga in the mornings with sunrise and great for dinner and sunsets. The view is gorgeous. The AC works great to keep it cool when the evenings get warm. Kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking simple meals. The proximity to grocery store and restaurant is also a great perk. We will return!

Wir waren im Mai zu dritt mit unserer acht Monaten alten Tochter unterwegs. Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft direkt am Meer mit viel Ruhe sucht, seid ihr hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war optimal und sie waren sehr freundlich. In 30-60 Minuten gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten, die großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel zu erkunden. In 5-10 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einige Restaurants und große Supermärkte. Wir können diesen Ort sehr weiterempfehlen.

M&G are great hosts. We had a lovely time at the apartment in Capo Falcone. We really felt at home, the covered area and the garden meant we permanently lived outdoors only coming back inside to shower/sleep. There are some great walks , recommend the one to the Torre Falcone (although you need to be fit to go the direct route) and the views to La Pelosa and the islands behind from the apartment and close by are breathtaking. We miss the simplicity of Stintino and Sardinia and we are already planning another 3 weeks in 2026. Thank you for being lovely hosts. Bar close by has snacks and simple meals of high quality at reasonable prices (music and views are great). Shopping in Stintino a 10 min drive away.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt von Alghero. Die Parkplatzsuche in den von Alghero gestaltet sich manchmal etwas schwierig, ist aber mit ein paar Minuten Geduld machbar. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön und bietet alles, was man für einen Stadttrip benötigt. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und im Gegensatz zu vielen Hotelbetten auf Sardinien nicht bretthart. ;-)

Grand appartement très bien agencé et aménagé, très lumineux et chaleureux. L’emplacement sur les remparts, face à la mer, est exceptionnel. Nombreux bars, restaurants et commerces à proximité. La chambre donne sur l’arrière et est donc au calme. Simonetta est une hôte très prévenante et répond très rapidement à toutes les questions. Elle est très proactive, nous ayant prévenus à l’avance d’événements particuliers en ville pendant le week-end. Ses explications pour rejoindre l’appartement sont très claires et complètes. Bref, un séjour de rêve !

Le logement est charmant, très propre et bien situé. Nous avons été accueillis par l’hôte, d’une grande gentillesse et attentif. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, la convivialité, la terasse et l’ensemble de la ville. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait un festival de musique sur le bord de la plage un peu bruyant, mais sinon tout était parfait. Nous retournerons à ce logement n’importe quand. Merci encore pour tout!

Unfortunately, there was a water outage at the time, but the hosts were amazing — they provided us with enough water and informed us in advance. Also they provided us equipment for baby…. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Uns hat besonders die schöne Terrasse gefallen. Es war toll draußen Essen und verweilen zu können. Das Appartment ist frisch renoviert und äußerst gut ausgestattet, allen voran die Küche mit vielen Küchenutensilien. Ein kleines Highlight waren die beiden freundlichen Katzen - so süß! Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loved our stay at Paola’s apartment. It was far bigger than we were expecting from the photos- really spacious- and spotlessly clean. So well equipped (really useful having a washing machine), great coffee machine, and thoughtfully decorated. Really felt at home. Also the only decent shower we had in the whole of Sardinia! Location was great- a couple of minutes walk to an amazing beach bar and a 10 minute lovely walk to the historic centre- beautiful especially at sunset. Although there is no allocated parking we never had a problem finding a space. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so wouldn’t be great if you had any mobility problems but we felt the climb helped cancel out the many gelatos we ate!!! Paola was super helpful and responsive- the perfect host. We would definitely recommend staying in her apartment!

We had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Alghero. The location was great, just outside of the Old Town, making it quiet and peaceful while still being close to the boardwalk and local shops. The house itself was clean and cozy, with just the right amount of space for the two of us. The host communicated well and was straightforward and helpful. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for our trip—simple, comfortable, and convenient.

We had the most wonderful time at Ivan’s place, both him, and his wife were really friendly and warm. Most of all they were so proactive and answer any questions that we had about the location or things to do, and even things around the house. The apartment itself is exactly as described and looked wonderful, it was really clean and perfect for our family. The fridge had water a few drinks, and there was a selection of jams, Nutella breads for us to have when we arrived, which was a really nice touch. Ivan also went to step ahead and bought a balloon and greeting card for my son’s birthday and is there in the morning to wish him which I thought was really really special. Highly recommend this Airbnb for your future stay the apartment is close to the water and everything that is there to do is close and walkable. It’s a great location truly a gym. Thank you, Ivan.
