Jose and his wife are great hosts! Jose replyed quickly to my questions and accepted my late request. He also asked if I need something from a shop. I checked in late at night and he waited for me and explained how everything works. He upgraded my stay to a private apartment with open style kitchen. Jose's house is beautiful. The view is outstanding, overlook mountains and a valley. WiFi works very well. There is a snack bar and a grocery shop 5 minutes walking distance from the house. It takes about 45 minutes to walk down a hill to a sandy beach. I really enjoyed staying in Jose's house. Highly recommend!!!

Modern, clean and very private.

This house is very special, grand and unique. The view of the ocean is so beautiful and the access to the sea is amazing.. it’s quite a large private space, even taking a few minutes on the private grounds to reach the sea. The interior is very classic and tasteful, it feels like a grand old family house. The bathrooms are great, the kitchen is great and there is lots of space to dine. If you like to stay at home and cook during a holiday this the THE PERFECT house for that. The bbq is amazing as well as a very very well equipped kitchen. There is nowhere walking distance but lots of cute places close by to drive. Perfect for our adult family of 5, it felt like a retreat and we all had so much space. Would LOVE to come again!! 5 stars, a house we feel like ours Carla was phenomenal, the D. Teresa also. always available and attentive. the house is two steps away from the best beach in Portugal. The house has all the conditions, appliances, dishes and clothes. We have been in Porto Santo many times, but never so close to the sea, thank you so much for the wonderful stay and rest.

Our family of 10 ppl were super happy with this villa. Villa has everything you may need and is very nicely designed and comfortable for large group or a family. You can see beautiful Porto santo and the ocean and well as airport with planes taking off and landing ( which may be exciting for children). Villa is located on a very private and quiet street and not so far from a city center. We loved the stay at this beautiful island and it's perfect for families with children. Perdo was very nice, responsive and helped us feel at home. We would definitely recommend it and will be back soon.

Fantastic house, very well located, clean and with everything needed to have a great vacation . Would recommend.

Great place to stay, matched 100% with pictures and info. Clean,clean and tidy inside the house. The host was quick to respond if we had any questions. The only thing we saw as a disadvantage was that it was a bit to the city center, and that there isn't yet Bolt,or Uber. There were taxi business cards inside the house and I can highly recommend Bruno Neves who often drove us into town or to Praia Do Calheta. We will certainly want to rent the house again at a later time. Highly recommended.

Everything was great and exactly as described. Modern decor, beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds. Great, helpful and friendly care/ communication at all times! To the beach a walk of about 20 minutes, car is an advantage to be able to shop. Only downside: outdoor CCTV, which limits privacy on the patio. Still, we would come back!

Excellent view, cosy, and nicely located for walks. Perfect for exploring the east side of the island
