What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for: a holiday full of relaxation and nature. The place, surrounded by greenery, was perfect for us and our dog, who really appreciated the outdoor space. We especially loved the small loggia, ideal for quiet breakfasts and relaxing evenings, enjoying the serene atmosphere and view. Valentina and her family were exceptional hosts, extremely welcoming and helpful from the first contact. They made us feel at home right away and the communication was always impeccable. The place was clean, small but comfortable and perfectly matched the description, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, with the opportunity to take walks and immerse themselves completely in the beauty of the Marche landscape.

We loved our stay! The view is beautiful and the apartment itself is really well set out. A great walkable location to lots of lovely places. We stayed with 3 young children and had a wonderful time.

Carmela welcomed us in person, giving us the opportunity to check in first. The area is very quiet, the description of the house reflects reality. There's everything you need for a peaceful vacation. We had a great time, even our two dogs had no problem adjusting. On foot you can reach the sea (no sand but stones and mostly free and unequipped beaches). In Marina Palmense there are no evening activities for after dinner, so you have to travel by car but a few km away there are various towns that offer entertainment. For a peaceful vacation, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

A wonderful house, a corner of paradise. Well-kept and welcoming house with a wonderful garden. The view is a feast for the eyes, and at night, the fireflies keep you company. Highly recommended.

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Beautiful family vacation. The house is exactly as described, super clean and the welcome was excellent. At the top of a hill you can enjoy a fabulous view, wind that cools hot days, and shade areas near the pool. Everything is perfect!

A beautiful villa with large, well-kept garden, beautiful terrace, pizza oven, barbecue and great pool only 150 m away. Everything was available in terms of equipment. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back.

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water is a really nice surprise. The location is excellent, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

We had a really nice weekend in this house with a pool. The apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor spaces are truly beautiful: spacious, well-kept and perfect for relaxing, with a breathtaking view! We appreciated the access to the vegetable garden and orchard, a detail that really made a difference for us. Another positive note goes to the presence of Leo, the owners' dog, who is very well behaved. It kept us company 😊 The hosts were always discreet but available when needed. The pool was at our complete disposal and we enjoyed a nice privacy throughout the stay. The area is very quiet, ideal for getting away from the routine. If we really have to find a small note, only a few basic elements were missing, such as napkins and oil, but nothing that compromised the experience. Highly recommended for those seeking peace and nature!
