Villa holiday rentals in Porto Rafti

We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

A little slice of heaven in Greece! We had the most amazing stay at this villa just outside Athens. Travelling as two families (9 of us in total), we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place — quiet, spacious, and beautifully presented, it truly felt better than a home from home. The layout was exactly as described, with more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling on top of each other. Every corner of the villa oozes peace and comfort — it really was our own private haven for the week. The hosts were fantastic — friendly, responsive, and always on hand to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We were genuinely sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A perfect Greek escape that gave us unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

The accommodation and especially the view are really incredibly beautiful! We had a very pleasant time there. We were warmly welcomed by the host's parents, who live in a lower area. Unfortunately, neither of them spoke any English, which made communication very difficult. We wanted to inquire if a restaurant was still open nearby, as we arrived at 11 pm due to our late flight and were very hungry. Unfortunately, the language barrier was too great. We then tried to find an open restaurant or at least a vending machine in the area, we drove around Porto Ennia in our car, but unfortunately everything was already closed and we had to go to bed hungry. Otherwise, we have only had positive experiences. The air conditioning works really well and we were also totally thrilled with the beach, which we almost always had to ourselves. Gladly again! :)

The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

This is a beautiful home. The pictures are exactly what the home looks like. It had everything we needed inside. The views are amazing, the patios are wonderful, and the beach is an easy walk from the home. There is one restaurant within easy walking distance. And a few others within a short drive or a little longer walk. We enjoyed all the restaurants we ate at. This is a quiet area which we loved.

Our family of four (two teenage daughters) enjoyed our stay tremendously. Hot temps but the air conditioners worked very well and fast. Very clean and comfy beds. So much space. Details to consider... elevator doesn't go to the top floor with the master bed/bath. Nightclub across the street at the end of the block, must not run consistently website says Friday and Saturday but only Friday for us. The bass was loud and foot traffic late. Mature trees surround the house so expect bird nose in the morning. We found the bathroom space ample. Large shower room on the pool floor, a full wet bathroom on the first floor, main floor has a powder room, another full bath with separate enclosed shower on the top floor. Great wifi and smart TVs. Pool was larger and deeper than we expected, wonderful! Ate at a lovely dumpling place nearby and numerous restaurants within blocks I wish we could have dined at. Mini markets and food carts super close. Metro about 4 blocks. We'd absolutely stay again!

Was an amazing stay. Nice and peaceful area and still close enough to see all the sites. Amazing host always responded within 10 minutes and fixed any problems that arose immediately

It is a very nice villa. We felt right at home. We got a great tour at check-in, where all the little things were explained again and also got great tips for things to do in the area. We would love to come back and highly recommend the villa.

We were blown away by both Anna’s beautiful house and superb hospitality. We arrived at the Airbnb at around 2 AM and were greeted by Anna who made sure to give us a tour of the rooms and amenities and welcomed us with a taste of her homemade wine. She stocked the fridge with eggs, fruits, and beverages for us. Throughout our stay she was available to help us with any questions we had and even gifted us her homemade authentic Greek cuisine! Anna’s house itself was very clean, gorgeously decorated with her art, and spacious. From one of the rooms, you can catch a glimpse of the acropolis. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you so much Anna!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

Agapi’s place was amazing!!! Everything was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and Agapi greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. She even took us around the town in her car since we didn’t have a rental!! Be aware the driveway is very steep and hard to get large cars in and out. Other than that, the pool and the views were amazing. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend this place. I hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Agapi🫶🏼

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

The house was great! Amazing view, beautiful pool, beautiful beaches within a 7-minute drive. Fotis was an extraordinary host, extremely friendly and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!!

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

During our stay at Vasilis, we also had the opportunity to use the newly completed 2nd villa on the property. Again, simply top! Basically, both villas have the same floor plan, but on the upper floor there is no open gallery, but another room for any privacy that may be needed. The pool here in the new villa is also magnificent. Very deep and with a beautiful staircase for entry and lighting at night. In the "old" villa, there is only a covered foil pool and perhaps the only small point of criticism. I have already written it in the review of the other villa but also gladly again here...... Vasilis is a great host who is immediately approachable and gives feedback in the shortest possible time. 5-Star *****

We felt right at home . Nikkos morher greeted us and even made an amazing dinner ! We went to the town for coffee and ice cream :) it was perfect for our one night connection between flights
