I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you, Orietta!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, tolle Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Berge , Alessandro war immer zu erreichen und hat immer gleich geholfen , organisiert und sehr viele nützliche Tipps gegeben,

Anna et Francesco nous ont très bien reçus chez eux avec gentillesse et aux petits soins , attentifs à nos besoins. Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans leur appartement très propre, tout à disposition. A 15mn à pied du centre ville pour les promenades du soir, impeccable. Grazié millle

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Uns gefiel vor allem, dass vieles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist - sogar Ende Oktober. Leider war es regnerisch, so dass wir nie auf der Lounge oder im Garten waren. Sehr nahe am Meer! In der kleinen Küche fanden wir fast alles, beim Olivenöl half uns Nicola weiter😊. Vielen Dank

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Dank der guten Beschreibung, sogar mit Videos, haben wir die Wohnung gleich gefunden. Sie hat es uns Möglich gemacht, dass wir ehr in die Wohnung konnten, da unser Flug sehr früh geladet ist. Das war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns auch Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Ausflüge gemacht. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Pool auch. Es gab eine Kapselmaschine für Kaffee und einen geräumigen Kühlschrank und ein Eisfach. Es hat alles funktioniert und die Klimaanlage hat schnell gekühlt. Es gibt einen Safe, das fand ich super. Es gibt einen Balkon zum draußen sitzen und einen um Wäsche aufzuhängen. Das ist sehr praktisch. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es gibt nur eine Sache zu bemängeln. Es gab keine Tabs für die Spülmaschine und Gewürze waren nur etwas Salz und Paprika da. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir von zuhause etwas mitgenommen. Ansonsten war alles Top. Vielen Dank.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Alloggio molto bello. Mi sono sentita come a casa, ottima pozione comodissima alla spiaggia e vicina al centro di Budoni (comoda anche alle fermate del bus). Il proprietario super gentile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ángela ha sido super atenta con nosotros. Nada más llegar, nos recibió con su sobrina que sabía hablar perfectamente español, cosa que valoramos muchísimo. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy útil. Está en una zona súper tranquila y bien ubicada para poder ir a visitar numerosas playas espectaculares. Tuvimos un problema con la antena de televisión y tanto Ángela como Antonio intentaron hacer todo lo posible por solucionarlo. Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia en familia. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos.

Wow vilken semester vi fick. Allt var över förväntan och vår värd var oerhört lyhörd och hjälpsam. Huset var väldigt fint och i ordning. Hit vill vi komma tillbaka!

Die Unterkunft entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Alles sehr sauber, alles Notwendige und mehr im Haus vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat alles um die Temperaturen gut zu ertragen- Klimaanlage, aber auch Schattenplätze auf der Terrasse und im Garten. Und natürlich der nahegelegene Strand mit dem mega schönem Wasser. Restaurants und der nächste Supermarkt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Aber ganz viele Pluspunkte bekommt aus unserer Sicht die Gastgeberin Claudia. Sie hat sich um alles was wir brauchten gekümmert. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert und ist so lieb und nett. Wir können Claudia und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Es ist eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, durch die große Terrasse gewinnt man aber einen Wohnraum dazu, wo wir uns auch hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Wir sind mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Kind verreist, dafür war der Platz vollkommen ausreichend. Mit vier Erwachsenen wäre es auch möglich, aber etwas beengt. Für Familien mit Kind aber super. Alessio hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr nett. Er hat Videos mit genauen Wegbeschreibungen geschickt, sodass man alles problemlos finden konnte. Es gibt nicht weit entfernt schöne Buchten, die Ortschaft ist sehr ruhig aber es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Café, wo man alles Nötige bekommt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen:-)

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Francesco è stata una persona splendida, molto disponibile, molto educato e molto discreto, persona molto amichevole che ci accoglierà, vi farà fare un giro per il paese mostrandovi, i negozi del posto vi indicherà le spiagge più belle, rimanendo molto discreto, nonostante lui viva al piano superiore dell'alloggio, in caso di bisogno sarà pronto ad aiutarvi.. Sempre.. Alloggio piccolo, ma molto pulito, a 20 Mt dal mare, davanti alla piazza del paese nel quale troverete un ampia scelta di ottimi ristoranti, in alcuni di questi vi verrà addirittura fatto uno sconto andando a nome suo in quanto è una persona conosciuta nel paese.. Francesco è stata una persona squisita... Esperienza da provare e poi ripetere... Il caffè del mattino preso davanti al mare.. Non ha prezzo.. In caso di bisogno cmq sia troverete una persona sempre pronta ed educata che vi saprà indicare anche altri luoghi da visitare... Alloggio dotato anche di aria condizionata..oltre ad un host... Troverete un amico..

Es war fantastisch! Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist wunderschön. Nicco war sofort zur Stelle als wir ein kleines Problemchen mit dem Herd hatten und hat es gelöst. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber, die Handtücher waren super weich und haben so so gut gerochen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse, es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine. Das Kochgeschirr war super ausreichend, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt toll! Die Ausstattung für den Strand mit Sonnenschirm hat uns in der Hitze das Leben gerettet! Ich würde jeden Cent noch einmal zahlen, danke für alles !!!

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung hat eine Top-Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht und einem sehr kurzen Fusßweg zum Strand. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, auch in der Küche hat es alles, was man braucht und zudem in großer Anzahl. Die Dach-Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick und bietet viel Platz. Wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Auch der Gemeinschafts-Pool ist schön angelegt und wurde von uns oft benutzt.
