I had a great stay at Orietta’s place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet and beautiful area. Orietta was a kind and thoughtful host—she gave clear instructions and was always available for questions. I really appreciated her reminders before check-out, and everything went smoothly. Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. Thanks to the good description, even with videos, we found the apartment right away. She made it possible for us to get into the apartment earlier, as our flight is loaded very early. That was very kind. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and excursions. The apartment was clean and the pool was too. There was a capsule machine for coffee and a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Everything worked and the air conditioning cooled quickly. There is a safe, which I thought was great. There is a balcony for sitting outside and one for hanging laundry. This is very convenient. We were very pleased. There is only one thing to complain about. There were no tabs for the dishwasher and spices were only a little salt and pepper. If we had known, we would have brought something from home. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much.

We came on holiday as a family of four, consisting of two adults and two young girls, aged 4 and 6. We were also joined by our friends, a family of three with two adults and an 11-month-old baby. We loved the location of the villa, which allowed us to walk to the beach and enjoy peaceful days in the garden. The setting and the view were incredible. We highly recommend it!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Angela has been super attentive to us. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us with his niece who could speak Spanish perfectly, which we appreciated very much. The apartment is small but very useful. It is in a super quiet area and well located to be able to visit many spectacular beaches. We had a problem with the television antenna and both Angela and Antonio tried to do everything possible to solve it. We had a very good family stay. We would definitely recommend it.

Wow, what a vacation we had. Everything was beyond expectations and our host was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was very nice and in order. Here we want to come back!

The accommodation was absolutely in line with our expectations. Everything is very clean, everything necessary and more in the house. The apartment has everything to bear the temperatures well - air conditioning, but also shade places on the terrace and in the garden. And of course the nearby beach with the mega beautiful water. Restaurants and the nearest supermarket are a few minutes' walk away. But from our point of view, the host Claudia gets a lot of plus points. She took care of everything we needed. She was always very responsive and so sweet and kind. We highly recommend Claudia and the place.

A wonderful stay at Alessio’s house for our family of four. Alessio was very responsive, replying on what’s app to any query within a few minutes. The house was small but had everything we could need to cook and enjoy our week away. We were very pleased to borrow parasol and sun loungers to explore the absolutely amazing beaches within a 5 min drive of the property (there is also a lovely beach 5-10 min walk away). We did a few day trips but really the best beaches are the local ones! We would also highly recommend La Taverna Degli Artisti by Cintra Beach, best meal by far, on site parking and small playground by outside tables. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here!

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...

We loved staying here! The apartment is beautiful, and we spent half our trip sitting on the balcony enjoying the gorgeous view of the water and dock. The hosts were super helpful and beyond friendly when we had to slightly change our travel plans as well! There are many beautiful restaurants just a minute or less away, and a supermarket across the street too. We plan to come again, it was magical!

We enjoyed it very much. The apartment has a top location with a great view and a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped, even in the kitchen it has everything you need and also in large numbers. The roof terrace has a great view and offers plenty of space. We spent a lot of time there. The community pool is also beautifully landscaped and was often used by us.

We loved our stay, beautiful beaches, perfect house. We will be back
