The apartment is great, the beds are comfortable, the number of bathrooms is great, the gas shower is everything good, and the TV is huge. It's perfect for changing the face of the home office, or taking some time to relax. Close to the mall and supermarket and receive a multitude of delivery services.

I stayed in the minicasa truck with my husband and our 2 children and it was an amazing experience, impeccable place and everything very well organized, the wonderful hydro massage, a delicious place to make a barbecue and the coffee available in the very good kitchen, in addition to the toast that was a full breakfast. A Michele and César super attentive and receptive! The stay exceeded my expectations, I recommend that you come to know, for those who seek a quiet environment for rest, something totally different from a conventional accommodation, come to live is a unique experience with family or friends!

Our stay was very nice and we were able to enjoy the nature and facilities. The view of the site was very beautiful, with trees all around. We had a lot of straight mango! It all worked well while we served more than 20 people! Voltaria and recommend Estância Pica-pau to everyone who wants to rest and stroll through the countryside of São Paulo!

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

The space offered by Thereza is certainly one of the best that can be offered in Itu, due to its location in the historic center near tourist spots; the space is comfortable and spacious because it is an apartment in an old building, we felt like we were in a house in an apartment!; and without a doubt, Thereza's attention was incredible!
