Perfect location, the apartment met our needs, close to the market, bakery, pharmacy… our stay was sensational. The host Carol was always very helpful, she answered our calls quickly and efficiently. Our week was all great. 🥰

An excellent apt, the best that I ever stayed in Sorocaba. It had already been in other facilities in the Red, I didn't like it because of the noise of the highway, but this one did not have this problem. Apto mto novo, td mto clean, note 10.

My stay was excellent! The space is extremely clean, well organized and exactly as described in the photos. Everything works perfectly, from the appliances to the shower, which has good pressure and temperature. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is super functional. I highly recommend it for those looking for a practical, pleasant and impeccably clean place!

The apt is beautiful and well planned for a small space, but I have some suggestions for improvement, we love the space and the location, you can do everything without taking the car out of the garage. The region is great, but well located impossible, outside that the building has some good features However, I have some suggestions and caveats for improvement: 1) In the bathroom there was no hook for hanging the towels, and no carpet to step on when it came out of the improved box, being able to slip because the porcelain tile was smooth. 2) I suggest that you ask, to clean the shade of the room was dirty and there was a lot of dust and dirt accumulated, for my daughter who has asthma was not very good, and the covers did not have a very good smell either. 3) The building is all technological, being good for those who have a certain facility, but for those who do not, would have difficulty, because the doors from the entrance of the building that are opened by the online access link (hence if there is no battery on the cell phone, there is no way to access), and the electronic lock of the apt

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

I spent one night only in Ana Carolina's place! We met the expectation of being able to rest in a comfortable and quiet place! Everything is neat and clean. For sure when I return in the area, I will be staying again in her space.

Apartment all equipped with internet, tv, and full kitchen. We stayed 40 days in the apartment and served us very well. The condominium is very wide, with shops, manicure, hairdresser, marmita, fair on Friday and with a large walking area which pleased many of my pets. We didn't have a lot of noise problems despite being fit with several residents. Caroline has always been helpful in helping with what was needed.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.

Victoria's chalet sensational, super comfortable is very worth it. The place also has a beautiful view of the sunset, he only left the bad manners of the employee Jacó who did not want to provide care for several people, being totally rude to women and the elderly. I recommend the accommodation! Andressa is always kind and available. The cottage is a grace! Wi-Fi and kitchen utensils to prepare a meal! The chalet is in a condominium a little off the road! But if you go by car, I don't see any difficulties, even though the road is dirt for about 1.5 km.

Fernando was attentive mto and helped us with everything we need. The house is exactly the same as the photos and the housekeeper helped us with everything. We should go back the next year!

The house is very good! Exactly as described in the photos. The Club is cool too, we had a nice stay there. The only detail is that some kitchen utensils were missing (such as shapes and bowls), but that Rodolfo informed that he will arrange. I recommend it!

Simply marvellous our stay! We were positively surprised by the impeccable organization, cleanliness and, in particular, by the incredible structure of the farmhouse. Every detail of the space was carefully thought out to provide comfort and well-being. Fábio and the homemakers were exceptional — extremely polite, gentle and always available to help us with any need. We feel very welcome from start to finish. The children's area is a real charm! Super well-equipped, safe and fun, conquered the children as well as the adults, who were able to relax knowing that the little ones were well entertained. The rooms in separate suites ensure privacy and comfort for everyone, ideal for those who go with family or with a group of friends. In addition, the leisure area is super complete: clean and well-kept swimming pool, practical barbecue, ample space for socializing and plenty of green around — perfect for resting and enjoying nature with a perfect sunset.

The accommodation is very good because it is not intended solely for rentals, it makes you feel at home, a real home. Quiet Neighborhood, family atmosphere, perfect for family outfits. Juliana turned out to be a great host, a lot of requests, solving small hurdles with surprising speed! I fell in love with the condominium, I'll be back whenever possible!

Our stay at the carnival from 01 to 04/03 was wonderful. We found everything that was announced: bedding, bath towels/face, cleaning, all kitchen utensils. The pool was cleaned every day before we woke up. Regarding the security was total, because to get to the house you have to go through 2 ordinances where the identification by the RG and facial biometrics are made. The Hostess always very attentive and requests from the moment the 04 days of Carnival stay is effective. We hope to come back more often.
