Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

Max und Lory sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Der Garten und der Pool waren super schön. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall den guten Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger anschließen. Der Kühlschrank war tatsächlich bis zum Rand gefüllt . 1000 Dank dafür!

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

wat een geweldige ervaring was dit. grote kamers, prachtige tuin (citroen, limoen, granaatappels etc) met 2 zwembaden (niet heel groot maar prima om in af te koelen) Voor rustzoekende vakantiegangers een grote aanrader. we werden uitgenodigd door Simone voor een pizzaparty waar ook familie van hem bij aanwezig was. Erg leuk en lekker. wij komen zeker een keer terug.

We had a wonderful stay at this property—perfect for families! Francesco was incredibly helpful and responsive from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and very family-friendly, with thoughtful touches throughout. But the true highlight was the pool—absolutely beautiful and the center of our experience. Our kids loved every moment spent there! The location was also ideal, with quick and easy access to the grocery store, the charming town of Pula, and the historic site of Nora. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Sardinian getaway!

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Alessandros Wohnung! Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Alessandro war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Die sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit wunderbarer Aussicht hat uns begeistert. Ein Auto braucht man hier auf jeden Fall um die Umgebung zu erkunden und für den Einkauf, der Supermarkt war geschlossen und nur ein Restaurant geöffnet(Ende April). Am besten auf dem Weg vor Ankunft schon in Guspini oder Oristano alles im Supermarkt besorgen. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit 15 Minuten zu Fuß kein Problem. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell reagiert und die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Chiara e Livio sono sempre disponibili e gentili. La casa è molto grande e fresca anche nei giorni più caldi. Il mio amico a quattro zampe adora il giardino. Perfetta per le mie esigenze, in località molto tranquilla, in mezzo alla natura.

We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Geräte sind alle modern und gut bedienbar. Das WLAN war sehr gut. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, die sehr gut und leise ist. Es gibt ausreichend Dusch- und Handtücher. Die Badezimmer sind sehr modern, es fehlen nur Ablagemöglickeiten im unteren Badezimmer.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der sehr schöne Strand und viele gute Restaurants kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea klappte immer sehr gut. Es könnte mehr Teller und Töpfe geben, dann müsste man nicht so oft den Geschirrspüler anstellen. Gläser, Tassen und Besteck gibt es ausreichend. Der Wäscheständer ist zu klein und es fehlen definitiv Auflagen für die Holzliegen auf der oberen Terrasse. Das sind Dinge, die man sicher ändern kann.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Sehr sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft! Der Garten war ein Traum und die Räume geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Begrüssung durch Barbara mit Apéro und Kuchen war sehr herzlich! Der Ort ist gut gelegen für diverse Ausflüge und in Kürze ist man am Strand! Absolut zum weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren Ende Mai in der Wohnung und hatten schöne Tage. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat eine gute Lage. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Das Dorf hat einen schönen kostenfreien Strand, fussläufig erreichbar und einige Restaurants. Antonella hat uns super hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Strände gegeben. Eine Baustelle neben der Wohnung stört nicht weiter, wenn man ohnehin ab 8.00 Uhr morgens wach ist und den Tag unterwegs ist.

In Cabras angekommen wurden wir von Pina mit einem strahlenden Lächeln, sehr herzlich und wärmstens empfangen. Schon vorab war die schriftliche Konversation äußerst hilfsbereit, informativ und schnell. Im Apartment lagen zudem alle nötigen Informationen in schriftlicher Form und mehreren Sprachen vor. Die Empfehlungen waren alle hervorragend und hilfreich. Die Unterkunft selber ist komfortabel, sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besitzt alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Auch die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein nahegelegener Parkplatz waren gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt um Cabras, die Umgebung und die schönen Strände zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Start in den Urlaub in Raffaelas Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation vorab lief problemlos. Wir wurden zum Empfang herzlich mit einem unglaublich köstlichen Wein beschenkt. Die gesamte Anlage ist seht gepflegt und sauber, die Austattung umfangreich und in sehr gutem Zustand, sodass wir jeden Abend kochen konnten. Raffaela denkt an alles, vom Spülschwamm bis zum Conditioner, im Prinzip hätten wir ohne jede Ausstattung anreisen können. Auch für einen Strandbesuch ist alles vor Ort (Sonnenschirm etc.) Ich habe noch nie so eine gut ausgrstattete Unterkunft erlebt, in der ich mich sofort Zuhause gefühlt habe. Am Anwesen hat man seine absolute Ruhe und ist trotzdem in wenigen Autominuten am Strand, hat Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Unbedingt die leckeren Feigen in Chia verkosten, die auch an Obstständen verkuauft werden.

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Wunderschöne Wohnung. Mit sehr viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man braucht. Idyllische Terrasse mit Schaukel. Mitten im Dorf, tolle Tips von Riccardo. Airbnb wie es sein soll.

Le logement est tres agreable et Elisa a mis en place beaucoup d'éléments qui rendent la vie tres agreable (produits de toilettes, produits vaisselle, lessive...). Tres propre. Le quartier est tres calme. L'emplacement permet de visiter l'île de sant'antoccio et ses criques

Stéphanie et Francesco sont des hotes remarquables de bonté, un accueil au top. les fruits et légumes du jardin ainsi que le vin et l'apéritif offert le jour de l'arrivée. la maison et un îlot de fraîcheur dans la chaleur de la Sardaigne. tout y est fonctionnel et très beau, dans les environs plages superbes et sites à visiter sont nombreux. encore mille merci à tout les deux pour votre très chaleureux accueil. From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)
