Apartment holiday rentals in Portisco

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

The apartment is as described. Check-in and check-out are facilitated by the self check-in system. The accommodation is very well located. There were many free parking spaces on the street. Stefano is an available and friendly host and had even planned lunch for the duration of the trip. I recommend it without hesitation! Thank you Stefano

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

A cozy stay surrounded by beautiful surroundings, and far enough from city lights to see tons of stars on clear nights (still just a ~15min drive to Olbia, though). The interior matched the pictures very well. Anna Rita was very helpful and responsive, and provided plenty of great recommendations at our request. Just to note, there is a family of several cats/kittens on the property that are very cute and will probably seek your attention at every opportunity :)

Porto Rotondo is a unique place and Clarissa’s apartment is nicely placed on the hills surrounding the marina but still at a walking distance from it. The apartment is cosy and clean and Clarissa is a very good host.

We had a lovely stay at Golfo Aranci on Giovanni’s house. He was super responsive and kind with us, making our experience even better. The house matches exactly the description and the location is perfect. Having the parking available makes total difference, house with a lot of amenities and with very comfortable furniture. We definitely recommend, thank you very much!

The accommodation was exactly as described – super clean, modern and excellently equipped. Michela was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful apartment with a great location, easy to walk into the centre of town. Really clean with great amenities and thoughtful touches like chargers next to the bed etc.

We just checked out from Bea’s place & we loved the location, decor & of course the views! It’s convenient to walk to many restaurants and stores. It’s such a quaint town & we were so impressed with the surroundings and would definitely stay here again!!!!

Andrea and Miryam welcomed us very hospitably, the house is close to San Pantaleo, a very great place, and we ate very well at Andrea and Miryam's....everything was great

We stayed in the apartment for a week and can only recommend it! About the apartment: The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, the apartment had an extremely comfortable parking space, which was accessible by elevator, a nice large terrace, great kitchen, which was also quite well equipped. We had the opportunity to wash our clothes in between, as there was a washing machine and dryer. We felt right at home. The apartment is 10 minutes' drive from the city center, as you are dependent on a car in Sardinia anyway, so it was also great in terms of location. Francesco helped us with everything, whether it was organizing a taxi ride for friends, or finding good food spots, he was always quick to reach and especially very flexible when it came to check-in and check-out times. We have rarely had such a great stay in an airbnb, we always like to come back :)

We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Partially also better than in the reviews. The view of the sea was wonderful. The facility was well maintained. Nearby were beautiful beaches like White Beach. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet residence of only 2 floors, set back from the street. Secure private parking. Well-appointed accommodation with a decor designed to make you feel good. Functional equipment: Very good quality air conditioning and wifi. Small balcony but well appreciated. Good location: Olbia only 15 min and the beaches nearby. Very friendly welcome upon arrival. We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

We loved our stay with Jessica and Allesandro. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we (couple with a baby) needed was there, including baby chair and bed). We especially loved the large outdoor area, with plenty of space to eat and relax. The beach is only 5 minutes walking distance (and several other beaches nearby) and the center is approx 10 minute by foot. Jessica is an amazing host. She provided us very good suggestions for beaches and restaurants and replied quickly to our questions. We will definitely recommend this place and will come back when we visit again.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!
