What a great space for family vacation!

Hans & Karin were amazing hosts!!! One of the showers unfortunately wasn’t working but Hans came out to look and said it needed mending! Wasn’t a problem as there was another shower to use. The place was spotless and the location was amazing in Ferragudo! I would highly recommend using Hans & Karin!! Lovely people and so helpful!!! Also picked up and took us to airport!!! So kind!!!! Thank you Hans & Karin!!! Would love to come back again!!!

The house was the perfect location for my friend's bachelor party! The house itself was beautiful, great view of the ocean and golf course from the roof, and the pool and hot tub complete the experience. One of the beds did not have sheets or pillow cases on arrival, but otherwise it was a very pleasant experience!

Just back from a great week at Casa 38. The place was even better than the pictures and couldnt have asked for much more. The hosts were also really helpful with lots of great, local recommendations. Will definitely be back.

We were a family with 2 young children (2 years and 8 months). The accommodation itself is great, but is probably not the perfect choice with young children. Positive points: beautiful and soothing place with a superb terrace and a splendid plot, excellent location from which to visit the Algarve since it is very central, absolutely kind and warm hosts, freshly picked oranges that were waiting for us - yum! Points a little less great with young children: housing divided into 2 buildings (one with living room and kitchen, the other with bedrooms and bathroom), which I knew when booking, but it is not optimal for the multiple comings and goings necessary with children; I would have taken more storage everywhere but mainly in the bathroom, and the bathroom is quite small and it is a little difficult to wash the children. In short, a great place to stay, but not the best if you have young children, in my opinion!

We spent 5 nights at Rita's accommodation and really loved it. Super nice house, perfectly equipped, great location and quiet area. The roof terrace overlooking the Atlantic was a great place to end the evening after a "strenuous" day on the beach. We really recommend the place to anyone! Many thanks to Rita :)

By car perfect, parking at the house or only a few meters away, apartment in a small village with older, very friendly neighbors, supermarkets and restaurants easily accessible by car, apartment super equipped, there was nothing missing. It was perfect for us. We would come back anytime. A big thank you to the landlord, the communication was great.

The accommodation was easy to find, thanks to the host's instructions, with a separate entrance, via the terrace. After consultation with Carla, I was also able to park earlier in the accommodation and the rental car directly in front of the door. The place is clean and has everything you need. The terrace is secluded from the outside, so you really have your privacy, although the accommodation is in a (quiet) residential area. Communication with Carla was very pleasant and she always responded quickly. In addition, there were restaurant tips for the area.

the stay was like the photos and equipped with every comfort, very modernly furnished with convenient technical amenities. Located in a top location. Laurie was very accommodating and very responsive. Only the water from the shower was quickly cold, also made sure that I did not stay in the shower for too long.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here in June 2025. Raul was a great and friendly host, always available when needed. The houses are located in a rural environment, very calm and well maintained. Yet, 5-10 minutes by car and you're in the small towns. Would definitely stay again, if spending time in Algarve.

Isabel is a very responsive and available host. The accommodation is very nice, ideal for a family of 4. The outdoors is really a nice plus, which can be enjoyed peacefully. The neighborhood is quiet, the location is very good. We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. A very good rental.

We had a great time in Ferragudo. It was a great base for our excursions along the western Algarve. Maria da Luz was very helpful, always responsive and her place is very nice.

Beautiful house, with everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. The location is quiet and the beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. We felt very comfortable. Martine gave us many helpful tips for things to do as well as good references to restaurants in the nearby area and was always quickly available for queries. We definitely recommend Casa de Martine.

Alexandre’s place is just like the photos, me and my family spent a great week there, it’s in a great location right in the centre of Alvor, everything you need is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Modern villa in perfect location with great service! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern villa in Portimao! The location is ideal – central, very close to a shopping mall and only 9 minutes by car to the beach. Nevertheless, it is quiet, and we never had problems with parking as we were able to park right in front of the house. The house itself is top modern & high quality furnishings: a large, fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, cozy beds with high-quality mattresses and air conditioning in every room. We especially enjoyed the huge garden with terrace, sun loungers and an outdoor shower – perfect for relaxing! Hosts Dino & Sofia were incredibly nice, helpful, and always quick to reach. They gave us great tips for restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. Check in and out was straightforward, and they were very flexible – a real plus! Steve

The apartment in Alvor was in a perfect position for both restaurants, shops and beach access. Parking, while on street, was easy and only required a short walk to the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our week and functioned well for our exploration of the beautiful surroundings. Great value and would happily return :)

We had a great, relaxing time in Carvoeiro. The house was very nice and we were able to reach Catherine for any questions or concerns. We will be happy to come back! The only thing that bothered us (minor): in the bathrooms, the windows are not covered with a roller blind, which means that when you take a shower you can see into our bathroom/shower. We then covered it with clothes.

I've been looking forward to writing this review since we checked in. Catarina and Antonio's house is absolutely amazing. As my wife said when she first saw it, the pictures don't do it justice, it is one of the few places that look even better in real life than it does in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, amazing land for hiking around the property, extremely peaceful and Antonio was so helpful and responsive at all times. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for peace and quiet but still close enough to all possible amenities. Thank you Catarina and Antonio!

Beta and Farinha welcomed us personally. They are very kind and welcoming. Parking was almost always available in front of the door. The cottage is small, with many traditional aspects. The air conditioning was very pleasant. The shower was small, but otherwise there was plenty of space in the bathroom. There was a cot for us in the 2nd bedroom, very nice. There was also a high chair and toys. You can also sit in the garden. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.
