Beachfront holiday rentals in Portimão

This is our second time staying here. Great location steps from the beach. Dedicated parking spot. Great restaurants. Good AC and wifi if you need to work remotely. We will be back.

My fiance and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in Sofia's apartment. The apartment was clean, bright and welcoming, with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and a great open plan layout. The location was perfect, just 5 mins walk from the beach and within a few minutes drive of multiple supermarkets and the local mall. Sofia's communication was warm and friendly from the outset, and she was always responsive to any queries I had. She provided helpful tips for the local area on arrival, and messaged during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. Overall, we had a great time in Sofia's apartment and wouldn't hesitate to return in future. Thank you Sofia!

We enjoyed our stay at Sofia's apartment. Location of the apartment is great, walkable to beaches and restaurants. Apartment had a nice pool, we were there almost every day. Sofia was very helpful, and gave us good suggestions about the area. Instructions for checkin was great. Sofia made more flexible check in and check out, which is great as we were travelling with toddler. We would stay again in Sofia's apartment if we are coming to Portimão. Great place to stay for a family.

We had an amazing stay at Jorges apartment. It is just as the pictures show. Very clean and modern with everything we needed. We were travelling with our 3 kids and really felt at home. Access to outside pool downstairs and 5 min walk to beach. There is a pool cafe on-site owned by a lovely couple, which has tasty food and drinks at great prices. There is also a nice restaurant at the front of the building. Lovely walks along the cliffs to nearby beaches and restaurants. We rented a car and parking was easy at front and back of apartments. 5 min drive to Alvor or to supermarkets. Also Uber eats and Bolt for food delivery to the building. Jorge was very helpful and was so accommodating when we arrived later at night than we had planned. It’s a little slice of paradise and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The nearby “strip” gets a little noisy in the evening but nothing serious. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in Portimao. And Catia was very responsive whenever I had a question.

Our stay in this apartment was really good. The apartment was clean and really close to the Beach and to an supermarked. The Host was super friendly and recommended Restaurants and activities nearby, he also answered questions quickly. All in all highly recommended.

Super and pleasant high place. I hear it in the photos. The staff is super welcoming, the instructions for finding the place are super clear. Loved the decor, I recommend it and will come back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at Luis' house in Lagos. The house is super equipped, with attention to the smallest details, so much so that we feel really at home from the first moment. Every corner conveys attention and passion, and the desire to offer guests a special experience is clearly perceived. The location is perfect: a few steps from the beach, but even when we didn't go, we could enjoy the beautiful pool in a quiet, relaxing and well-furnished environment. The background music also helped to create a unique atmosphere. Luis was an exceptional host, always available and welcoming. It almost made us want to move there! We will definitely be back, everything was simply perfect.

Upon arrival, Ricardo and his wife Patricia arrived with the key. In the app, there were various welcome gifts ready (cookies, chocolate, bottle of water, bottle of fruit juice, coffee pods, tea bags, and also 2 pastel de nata. A laundry pod for the washing machine and a dishwasher tablet for the dishwasher. The apartment is on the 18 th floor and has 2 balconies. So, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace both in the morning and in the evening. Not to mention a beautiful view of the ocean. Praia da rocha is definitely worth a visit and then book the app of Ricardo. Downstairs, there is a swimming pool with relaxing chairs and also a heated pool for the children. Ricardo and Patricia are super friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed their top apartment and especially the heartwarming welcome. If we return to Portugal, Praia da Rocha, we will definitely stay with Ricardo and Patricia.

Very warm welcome and a very nice apartment where we felt at home. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is also very central and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We especially thank Elaine and Stephen for a stocked fridge, all the other amenities as well as for the wonderfully warm communication. We will definitely be back!

If you're searching for a fantastic spot with all amenities (and beyond ☺️) and the sweetest host in Portimão, look no further! This place offers an amazing price-to-quality ratio. Nelson even created small videos to ensure the check-in process was as simple as possible, available even at late hours without needing to ask. Don't hesitate 😉 we're definitely coming back 😄

Very comfortable accommodation despite the fact that it is close to a fairly busy road and there is no double glazing. Very good services given the price of the accommodation.

We've stayed in a few places in Prainha and this was by far the best. The location is perfect, and the listing itself really lovely. Everything you need for a week self catering.

Marinas place was amazing! Great location, had everything that you need including first aid box! 2 minute walk from the centre with locals bars shop and restaurants and the view was to die for!! Extremly recommend this place! Thanks marina ☺️

this flat has stunning views of the sea and to catch sunsets as well as hang out during the day on the days you may not want to venture just a few hundred yards to the beach by foot. our group enjoyed the spacious floorplan and two bathrooms. it was very clean and well equipped as well.

I’ve enjoyed my stay at Rita’s apartment. I was in town for a wedding and stayed by myself, perfect for one person! It was a couple of minutes from the beach and in the area were nice spots to have coffee with a see view, lunch/dinner spots at the beach. Rita was super helpful, very sweet and messaged very fast when I needed help. Would definitely recommend!

The perfect location in an amazing part of Portugal. Jose’s place was spotless and perfectly located. He was very responsive anytime we needed to reach out and was so helpful with digging things to see and places to eat. Do not hesitate to book with Jose it was a wonderful experience and we’ll DEFINITELY be back!

Stayed early June. I personally try to be as honest as possible when leaving a review, as I use Airbnb frequently and rely on the information provided by the reviews. can honestly say that this place is absolutely STUNNING. The photos do not do it justice. I could spend hours and hours (which i did) just chilling on the balcony. The apartment is amazing in every way. I would, 100% thoroughly recommend and definitely will return. The area is also excellent, great bars and restaurants. With plenty to do & see. Easy access to water taxi and no problem getting Uber/Bolt/Taxi. Book now, you will NOT be disappointed.
