The Mowhay (work from home with WiFi)

PhoebeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My partner and I had a great stay here for a long weekend. The place was so peaceful and quiet but close to amenities. The bed in particular was so comfortable, something I find hard to find at Airbnb’s! Claire and her husband were such lovely hosts and even gave us some free home grown eggs for breakfast. Plus lots of local recommendations. The local is good for seeing both the north and south coast. Easy to get the train too if you don’t fancy driving. 100% would come back and recommend the others too!

MillieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay in this cottage! It has such a cosy homely feel and is equipped with everything you’d need! The bed was super comfy and it was nice to have a tv in both bedrooms and the living space! The hot tub area was gorgeous and a great place to unwind and relax, very private area! Shaun the host was super friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t fault this place - amazing value for money. Would recommend and would love to return in the future!

Pretty Dog Friendly Cottage with Hot Tub & Gardens

LynneRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This has been without doubt the best property we have stayed in, the cottage is pure perfection, on the edge of the country park & golf course were you can walk or just watch the golfers play a round. The little extras that left was such a lovely thought, our dog Millie loved the toy giraffe and treats, my husband loved the scones with jam and clotted cream. Plenty of blankets to cover the sofas so we didn't have to worry about our little dog jumping on the sofas. Sky glass was a welcome boost after a long day visiting different Cornwall towns and beaches, or settling down with a good book or playing a board game. Everything was perfect and we didn't want to leave.. The information files in the cottage were a fantastic aid to know what was were and what days to visit, we visited them all. The Chinese did a fast delivery and I left the menu in the back of the file. The hot tub was fantastic especially after a long hike in hot weather. We will definitely book this cottage again..

Ultra Luxury schoolhouse w. hot tub & harbour view

AmyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay in Fowey was nothing short of magical, and this Airbnb made it even more special. The location is fantastic -yes, it’s partway up a hill, but the stroll into town is short, scenic, and lined with the most charming restaurants and harborfont bars. Fowey itself is absolutely adorable. The converted schoolhouse is truly one-of-a-kind. The hosts did an amazing job preserving the original charm while creating a modern, inviting space that’s perfect for entertaining. And the hot tub overlooking the harbor? Unreal. I probably spent half the trip soaking in it. There were even thoughtful touches like umbrellas to borrow, which came in handy in classic English weather. We did experience a minor issue with noise from neighbors in an adjoining unit, but the host was incredibly responsive and professional. They made it clear they cared and took swift action to make sure we were comfortable.

Unique, light and beautifully cosy cottage

JudithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our third stay at Nancy's House. Here are some of the things that drew us back: snug but spacious house that feels loved and lived in, peacefully tucked into a farm where interesting things always seem to be happening, and just a few steps from exhilarating open spaces; lovely hosts. Oh, and the hot-tub is very nice!

The Hobbit Hole Dogs Welcome! Fast WiFi. Hot Tub

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A really homely cottage. Perfect for a few days getaway. Unfortunately it rained on our break so ended up stuck inside. It would have been nice to have sat outside more! Overall it has what it says on the tin. Don't go here if you are expecting all mod cons and a pristine home. It's just somewhere cosy to get away from it all, with friendly owners and lots of privacy.

Cosy Cornish Cottage with Secret Garden & Hot Tub

LauraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Tracy was very responsive and helpful. You immediately felt like she really cares that her guests have every comfort and feel welcome. The clotted cream and scones on arrival were a lovely touch that we really appreciated. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything you can possibly need. The area was perfect for us and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit us St Ives, Falmouth to name just two. Our only regret was that it was only a 3 night stay this time but we will be sure to return for longer next time.

Gardeners Cottage - Trenoweth Estate

SamRating, 5 starstoday
We loved our stay and can't wait to come back! The surroundings and wildlife were beautiful. It was the perfect spot to relax and we had everything we could need for our short stay. Highly recommend gathering around the fire pit to watch the sun set across the treetops! We were sad we couldn't stay longer - but hoping to come back next year for our wedding celebrations! A huge thanks to Chris and the team for being so helpful, friendly and kind!

The Old Dairy, “a unique, romantic retreat”

HelenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed in the cottage for 5 days. The garden was like a small, beautiful paradise, someone has very green fingers. The tub and views were amazing. Inside the cottage was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities you would ever need, of a high quality. Great comfy bed too. Excellent location for exploration. Very friendly and homely pub 1 min walk away. Good parking. Why are you reading the reviews? Book now, it’s fantastic! Thank you Ashley.

Swallow Cottage

AnneRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a great stay here in the village of Sticker. It is on the main bus route from St Austell to Truro, so was very easy to get to from the train station (which is next to the bus station). Steve & Sue were very welcoming and helpful, and the cottage had everything we needed for our 12 day stay. There is a pub and a village shop/post office a short walk away, so very convenient. We hired a car and found it very easy to get about as we were so central. It was lovely to come back after a day’s sightseeing to the peace and quiet of our cosy cottage (and sit in the garden when the weather permitted!). We would not hesitate to recommend Steve’s cottage!

Cosy cottage in St Ives

SusanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Alfreds Cottage was easy to find, clean and made cosy a couple of cooler evening with the log fire. Wood and kindling available at Co-op. We didn't have a car, but local buses are just round the corner and centre of St Ives in walking distance, the up hill walk home was no problem. We ventured out to walk coastal paths, returning by bus. Also took train to Penzance, and Carbis bay. There is a big Tesco store at Carbis bay, the bus takes you there direct from main road near property. The coastal walks and beaches to visit around St Ives are just magic.. we did have fantastic sunny days though ;) Lisa answers queries promptly.. we sent a few suggestions when we left that we thought needed sorting.. Lisa replied positively. Thanks for a wonderful stay at Alfreds... Sue and Mirjam

Peace and Plenty Cottage, Gwynver, near Sennen.

NiallRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Absolutely stunning! spent a week here and it's the loveliest little spot, small but perfectly sized for 2 and a dog. Absolutely lovely host, left little treats for us on arrival and had recommendations in the area but also not intrusive. The cottage itself is perfect, so homey and had everything we could need. we used the log burner every evening while playing one of the board games provided and it was so cozy and nice. The area is absolutely wonderful, beautiful views, path right down to the beach, and so many lovely walks right of the door, we did the majority of our daily outings as a straight walk from the cottage and watched the sunset from the beach each night. the photos really do not do this place justice, it is truly absolutely stunning and we would LOVE to return !

Cosy Smithy in the countryside

PaulaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Just returned after staying 4 nights at the smithy & we had a lovely time whilst there. Kassie is an amazing host & always on hand to help with any enquiries or with local knowledge. The smithy is idealic & has everything that you need for a few days away, Kassie also made an amazing lemon drizzle cake upon our arrival which didn’t last very long! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Cornwall, loved every minute of it.

Bright Spacious Cornish Cottage w/Lush Valley View

NicoleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wow, what an absolutely beautiful place to spend a week away from it all! Lower Nance is a picture perfect cottage in a fantastic little village location. We spent a week exploring Cornwall and it was a perfect home base. We were excited to get home from each adventure and spend more time in the house! Each room is thoughtfully furnished, with something beautiful everywhere you look. The property and amenities are exactly as described and squeaky clean. The garden was equally, gloriously charming, with views of the rolling hills nearby, and roses and poppies in full bloom. Adam was super quick to respond to messages and we were able to check-in early with no fuss at all. Thank you!
