I stayed with 3 friends and the house is absolutely beautiful. It has been decorated with tender loving care, with so much thought to the people who would be staying there, a definite home from home, we really didnt want to leave. The house is in an excellent position right in the heart of Llanberis with restaurants , cafes and takeaways within walking distance. Excellent communication with Paul and Ceri. Definitely would recommend this place you wont be disappointed. We give it 110%......we cant wait to come back and stay again.

This was the third year we have stayed here and, as previously, everything was straight-forward and worked very well. A great location for days on the beach and within easy walking distance of places to eat and the local pub. Ideal for our extended family with two young children and we will be looking to go again in the future. Host was friendly and accommodating, overall highly recommended.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Amazing views, beautiful and comfortable house extremely well equipped and designed. Lots to do exploring the area and beyond and always lovely to come back and enjoy the views particularly from the upstairs lounge. We’d love to come back again.

A great lication with views of tge beach and parking fir 2 cars. So close to shopping and eateries.

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with stunning views of the coast and Anglesey. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious bath! The hot tub was an added bonus which the whole family enjoyed. Fantastic communication and recommendations from James. We wholeheartedly recommend and very much look forward to going back!

Such a lovely cottage. So relaxing and spotless. Our family feel right at home there. The decor is lovely. We checked out the new Aldi which is only 5 mins away. Spent time in Abersoch and llanbedrog both beautiful beaches. Adam is so helpful letting us stay an extra night and gets back to us right away. We’ll be back! It’s our second time staying x

Lovely house in a beautiful peaceful location. Everything you need to self cater with a lovely new kitchen. This is a return visit for us. Rachel has provided a great pack with recommendations. Aberdunant Hall is a short walk and has food and a bar. Tremadog has a lovely restaurant Y Sgwar well worth a visit. A great spot to explore Eryri national park, Llyn peninsula and Ynys Mon. What a brilliant place to snuggle down by the fire when the rain lashes around the beautiful cottage. No rain and a short walk to the top of the field to delight in the view of Barmouth below and the mountains in the distance. I went on my own - but next time hope to be two of us...so the ten gates can be opened by someone else! Breathtaking drive up to the property and the directions from Jo were spot on. I took a DAB radio that helped the FM one on site to listen to plays and sketch. Thank you for sharing the cottage.

A truly wonderful stay, from start to finish. We decided to make sure we return before even setting foot in the actual property, which says something! Everything was ideal, and we were blessed with exceptional weather. However, even without clear sunny skies we know we would have had as equally as good a time. Stay here if you're a big fan of quiet, calm and relaxing spaces. The big, big positives in no particular order: 1. The view 2. The hot tub 3. The swimming pool 4. The huge garden space 5. The clear and helpful hosts

Spent a week at Sam's house in Barmouth. Spotlessly clean, everything we needed was there, cleaning materials etc. provided. The hot tub was fantastic and used almost every day. Easy walk into Barmouth for my daughter and husband, and easy to park for me as I cannot walk very far at all. I only went to town to eat on a couple of occasions but others went most days, or just down to the beach, which was 5 minutes away. Easy to park right on beach just out of town for me, and benches on which I could sit and watch sea. Such a relaxing holiday for me, and made so easy by the house being great and all contact with Sam being friendly and helpful. Thanks so much Sam. Hope to see you again.

nice little place, we only stayed one night whilst travelling home from south Wales, very friendly host, I asked of we could check in early and she said we could check in whenever we wanted as it was ready to go.

We had a great stay here. A lovely little lodge with everything needed to stay in and cook or bring food back. A helpful folder of recommendations was provided, and Tracey communicated with us very well. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was lovely to be able to use the hot tub while looking out onto the lake. Great location, only 5-minute drive into the town where there is shops, bars and takeaways. Nice and close to Snowdon and Zip World, which is why we were visiting. Nice personal touches, a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived, some chocolate and even some Welsh cakes which we tried for the first time. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Carla was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was smooth. The location was great. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Caernarfon. Thank you, Carla!

The farm was amazing and safe, the children loved feeding the animals in the morning, the swimming pool was great for a rain afternoon and the games room was so fun. The BBQ Sharon and her husband put on for the guest was a fabulous bonus, so generous and delicious. We will be coming back!!!

10/10 We had a 3 night stay as a couple, amazing service provided by both mark and his wife , friendly people , recommended local restaurant which myself and my partner really enjoyed , very attentive and had lots of knowledge about the site and surrounding areas , they visited everyday to ensure we were ok and to clean the hot tub, The lodge itself is pristine, great kitchen which included everything you need as well as tea , coffee, sugar, oil all great things which you can easily forget yourself! Bed was super comfortable, great size couch, smart TV, Big shower and clean bathroom, Visited an amazing local Indian restaurant recommended by mark and his wife which was a great addition, Plenty of car parking spaces , lovely neighbours. Hot tub was definitely a highlight , always very warm and clean , the lights with the hot tub is an amazing touch and looks beautiful at night. No complaints at all , 10/10 experience and will Definatly be coming back thank you - Hannah and Barny

The longhouse is well laid out and perfect for a few days of stay. The views to the mountains and the sea are stunning and having the veg boxes in the farm shop was a great bonus. Wish we could have spent more time exploring and meeting people on the farm (having a community meet-up time in the communal barn for all the campers & cabin guests would be a great addition). The shower was "challenging" as there was only hot water available coming from the longhouse boiler 50ft away - so balancing flow between scalding and freezing was almost impossible

This is a really lovely place for a couple, the revocations have been done to a really high standard and the spa like bathroom was the icing on the cake.

Amazing views! Such a beautiful place, it’s a funny experience to travel by golf buggy up to the sheltered huts. The huts are perfect with everything you need to have an amazing time. Host was very quick to answer any questions, the restaurant at the bottom of the hill is also very nice.

This was the perfect place to stay for our first visit to Wales. Despite the grey and rainy weather, the views of Snowdonia were breathtaking. The room itself was perfect. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, warm and peaceful. The local walks were incredible and the nearby pubs were fantastic. Throw in the adorable animals (which we got to feed every day) and the friendly, responsive hosts who went above and beyond, and what more could you possibly want? I was initially going to book a hotel or a room at a pub for the duration of our stay, but I'm so glad I didn't. This was an incredible experience and I'm already thinking about friends and family I can recommend it to!

We had a lovely stay at Simon’s beautiful cottage. The bed was really comfy and there was no external noise (apart from the sheep!). It was such a peaceful few days and perfect for us with our 7 month old daughter and dog. The cottage is set on the hillside with stunning panoramic views. The garden is fenced all the way round and there’s a perfectly placed bench to watch the sunset. The interior was kitted out to a high standard and had all the basics you would need. Simon was very friendly and offered some great local recommendations. We will definitely be back one day to visit again - thank you!

We loved our stay at Laundry Cottage. Eight of us travelled up from Essex to climb Snowdon and this was the perfect place to stay. The house itself is beautiful and we all felt right at home. The surroundings were out of this world, what a gorgeous place to have a wine on a sunny evening! We swam in the river and loved seeing all the wildlife. The road is a bit of a shame as we could hear it of course but it really wasn't a problem. Hosts were very responsive.

Absolutely excellent home. The photos don’t do it justice, spacious, immaculately clean and exceptionally well equipped. Can not recommend highly enough.

Absolutely wonderful apartment. It was so clean and tidy - pristine condition. Very comfortable furnishings and everything you could possibly need to self cater. Such a peaceful spot on the harbour. We couldn't believe how quiet it was but still close to lots of amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs. Lesley was great to communicate with and was so prompt with any emails. Definitely worth the money and we will certainly return.
