Booked the day we actually wanted to stay. Response in 5 mins all sorted. Never had better directions of how what where all that we needed to know and more. We didn’t need to take anything but clothes/ personal fav items as everything was there for us . In a great spot overlooking the beach easy flat walking but we did more for the views over the bay. Good walk over the estuary and back on the tiny ferry boat. It was like a Caribbean paradise over there. Found good places to eat at Saffron , The Bath House and lovely ancient The Last Inn pub . Good base to explore this beautiful area we were lucky had amazing weather . Thanks to Alison we had no worries and would highly recommend this accommodation

Joanne is the most wonderful host and the apartment was everything you could wish for and more. Not only beautiful inside, but its positioning overlooking the sea was glorious and Joanne has made sure you can make the most of that view with seating in both bay windows. We had a great stay here, Lesley had left us a bunch of homely things we didn’t expect to find - washing up liquid, washing pods, a pint of milk in the fridge & my husbands personal favourite- a pack of Welsh cakes! The place was clean, it was quiet, it had everything we needed with extra towels in wardrobes, snuggly blankets. There was a handy folder with all the info we needed plus things to do around in the area. We would definitely return here

A fantastic place to stay! Perfect location to get out for nice walks and access local amenities. Apartment was spacious for 6 adults, a baby and 2 dogs to enjoy welcoming in the New Year! Will be recommending to friends and family

we loved our weekend break away in Porthmadog and this apartment made our stay perfect. the place is extremely inviting, is spotlessly clean and the views looking out into the harbour are beautiful. a few minutes walk into the town, and yet just far enough away to be peacefully quiet. we felt so ‘at home’, we stayed in on the Saturday evening 😊 this will definitely be our first choice, when we come back to this lovely little town. thank you, both

John is a great host, this is our second year of going and we knew what to expect and the place was excellent again.

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

This flat was booked for my son & partner. The location next to the peer was perfect, and a few mins’ walk from the train station. The property was lovely, nice and clean and tastefully decorated. The coffee machine I was told was a huge hit! Iman was very accomodating, esp with a later check-in time. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy flat! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, making me feel right at home. The host was super welcoming, always ready to help with tips for the area, and quick to respond.The location was perfect, with everything I needed close by, yet quiet enough for a restful night. The flat overlooks the harbour which was lovely, parking can sometimes be tricky at peak times but otherwise fine. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is our third time staying at this wonderful accommodation and on returning home have just booked it again. There are so many things to recommend it. It is immaculate - a real 5 star apartment that so well presented and laid out. It is super clean with all mod cons and is light and airy. Sarah even provides jams and biscuits and bowls for pets. The location above Llangoed is peaceful and spectacular with far reaching views across the glorious countryside and on to the Menai Straits and the mountains beyond. But it's not isolated - you can reach the bars and restaurants of Beaumaris very easily. Also on your doorstep is the Anglesey coastal path which we loved walking a section of with our dogs. Speaking of which the lovely furry family members Alfie and Barney are a delight. I can 100% recommend this apartment without hesitation and can't wait to return!

Another great stay at Darrens place! This is a great location which allowed us to visit many different places around North Wales. Everything is as described and a 5minute walk to the beach! Will be back again, thanks!

I would definitely recommend this flat as a great place to stay in Aberystwyth. On the seafront with stunning views but close to great restaurants and the shops. The apartment was well equipped and brilliantly appointed with all you could need to hand. Good communication too from booking to checkout.

Absolutely loved this place, perfect for a quiet getaway with everything you could need and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Great place. Accessible - which was important for us, and something that stands out in the glowing reviews. Straight onto the dunes and wonderful beach and a quick walk into town. Great hosts and would definitely recommend, for a a lovely base to explore Barmouth and the the stunning surroundings

From start to finish it was the perfect place to stay and Gabrielle and Bill were empathic and responsive, imparting lots of local knowledge as well as providing written details of places to visit, eat, shop, etc, plus lots of leaflets. The apartment was cosy, extremely clean and well provisioned with everything we needed during our stay. It is in an idyllic setting and we had plenty of opportunity to see the red squirrels, woodpeckers and a variety of other small birds in the garden. The views out over the fields towards the sea were fantastic, too, although the immediate vicinity was tranquil. One of the main A roads is only a short drive away to travel around the island. However, it was not necessary to travel more than 5 minutes to see a wonderful range of birdlife in the beautiful Dulas Bay: over 30 oystercatchers, a dozen shelducks and many other sea and local birds. The Port Lynas lighthouse area was another beautiful find. Definitely on our list to return to for another visit!

We looked for a place in Llandudno for a weekend dance competition. We chose to book Bens AirBnB as it gave the flexibility when checking in and out. The apartment feels like home and is more relaxed and comfortable than any hotel room. In the evening, we cooked one night and took the recommendations of both the Chinese and pizza place from round the corner on the other two there is also a co-op again within five minutes walking distance from the apartment We booked for three nights, so there was no rush on the Sunday morning to be packed and out of the room as we had to be at the venue early. The walking distance from Ben’s apartment to Venue Cymru is 6 mins and a further 10 mins to the shops in Llandudno High Street. Plenty of cafés to have a coffee or a snack I would recommend a little nosy into the shopping arcade which is halfway down the Main Street. The only negative is the stairs as it is a top floor flat. We give this apt 5⭐️s and will book again next year.

Recently stayed over the bank holiday weekend arrived the house was super clean and ready on time. The lady on site was lovely, friendly and always happy to help. It’s close to Conwy and surrounding areas but far enough out that is quiet, the swimming pool is great and a big bonus. All I would say is it could have done with some plastic cups for the kids and coffee machine otherwise it was perfect we will definitely come back

One of the best places we have stayed in Treardurr bay- 15 minutes to beach and restaurants. Views from the living room were amazing .

We really enjoyed this apartment which was spacious, clean, well equipped, and had incredible views! Unfortunately, one of the toilets was broken, which we discovered when we arrived. We had another issue, which Nic fixed quickly and in person. Nic was very responsive and helpful. FYI, something I missed when reading the amenities list - there is only a washer (which works very well), and no dryer. There is a drying rack.

Perfect place to stay. Host was very attentive in messages but not intrusive. Everything you could need . Even things like a bath mat, hand wash & door hooks in the bathroom...not in a lot of places I can assure you! Lovely treats left for us, plus coffee & tea. Toilet roll, hairdryer, straighteners, everything you could think of!Even an air fryer, which was very useful. A quiet park in a beautiful area. Very handy for surrounding places. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone & happily stay again. 10 out of 10 🙂

Lovely apartment, everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was well equipped and the sun room - what can I say - get up early and watch the sun rise - the views are amazing! Watching the birds coming and going in the garden is nice down time too. We didn’t use the spa pool but I bet it would be brill. The only minor issue we had and it’s more preference - the photos of the second bedroom are not true to what you get - the small windows in the dressing room area and en-suite have been blocked up so there is no natural light in that room, which can feel a bit claustrophobic - if you like a darkened room it would be no problem. Overall, this wouldn’t stop me booking in future, a superb base for exploring Anglesey, a lovely little village location and like I said ‘the views alone’ are worth giving this apartment a go.

Great location and facilities. The cottage was perfect for our needs with 3 adults and 7 children. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the workshop. And the private hot tub was a great bonus!! Would definitely like to visit again!!
