great place to disconnect from the big city and close to Tolouse. The apartment is bright and airy, has everything and being able to make coffee in the garden is a treat, and what has been and credible have been the walks on the lake that is just a stone's throw from the apartment. 100% recommended.

When you arrive in the building, it doesn't look like much. But once you enter the apartment, everything changes! Refurbished, professionally clean. Kitchen and bathrooms are very well supplied. The terrace is charming and comfortable. There is very little noise and the neighborhood is accessible to everyone. We stayed 4 days and couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you Mylène, you were warm and very responsive.

We rented the place for a weekend. This one is extremely well equipped and arranged. We were able to enjoy all the spaces and the pool. Despite a thunderstorm in the evening, we were able to stay outside under the shelter. The listing is exactly as described. Everything was perfect. This home is a gem!! A quiet week in a green, zen haven, on the edge of the forest, with just the birds singing! A very large studio of 30m2, very functional, with a sober and elegant decor to feel immediately at home, a large shaded terrace, all shops less than a km away (by car for us because the coast is a little steep...), a pastry baker too tempting... Marie and François' vegetable garden where it is possible to taste a few things depending on the season... and the two of them, both present and discreet, very welcoming! In the area, it is a very good spot to visit many beautiful places, the Gers countryside and its gastronomy, the forest of Bouconne, Toulouse, within a radius of 30 km max!

I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

We had a wonderful stay at Fiona's home! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Fiona was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, yet just 10 minutes from the metro and shops – the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with double bed is perfect to welcome them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a very nice outdoor courtyard. As described, the trains pass very close but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. Great stay at Lynda's. Lynda is a very attentive host who does everything to make sure that her tenants' stay goes well, ensuring that everyone is comfortable (especially our 2 1/2 year old boy with the addition of a small mattress in the crib). The accommodation is consistent with the photo, spacious, very clean, really close to the train station. Small supermarket also 2 steps away. In short, there is nothing missing at Lynda's!
