Great location near shops and beaches! Separate apartment 380 sq ft. Private walkway, small deck area, large backyard with fire pit. The main room has a queen bed, and a futon couch, TV with ROKU, small kitchen with microwave, small oven and hot plate, table seats 4 comfortably. Designated parking! Full bathroom, place to hang garments, suitcase stand and a walk-in rain shower with separate hand held wand. Also a few miles from Mayfaire Shopping Center, Airlie Gardens and other attractions.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

John has an amazing little gem hidden here. My family loved every minute of being here - we didn’t want to leave! We were worried about the size but once we got there seen there was plenty if not more space! Beautiful home with the cutest little farm beside it. John was very thoughtful with everything inside the home, we didn’t need anything. Such a great experience, truly hope to come back. The binder full of great information and recommendations was a great tool. We really appreciate you opening your home to us. Such a great, unforgettable experience.

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

The Airbnb met our expectations perfectly! The price is economical and Devon does a great job describing the place. If you’re disappointed then you didn’t read what she wrote. The place was so clean, quiet, and very cool music posters. The host has great taste. Overall enjoyed the stay. Great place to sleep after spending all day at the beach.

Katherine’s place was exactly what we were looking for ! She was so accommodating and helpful ! Our concert unfortunately got cancelled but we got to explore the downtown area which was not far at all and we ordered in the first night and it was easy to get food delivered to the RV. Will stay here again next time !
